Verdict
I have a reseller account with Polurnet. Pricing is excellent and almost everything was ok for the last couple o years (except for one time that happened the same thing), but I had a bad experience recently. I had intermittent downs like for 3 straight days, obviuosly my customers began to complain like crazy, so I did the same to Polurnet. Besides I lost all the email accounts on my last hosting account created, causing me problems with my customer, of course.
An angry support member answered to me saying that it was a maintenance period that they have announced in their forums, and I should be aware of this (no email acknowledging this to their costumers, I should've enter the forum from time to time, i guess?).
This member also says that I have mistreated them and made wrongful accusations because I complained energically for this matter. And guess what, they have put my account ON PROBATION FOR 90 DAYS where I should not have any other infraction to their terms & conditions (when I did this?) BTW, no notice about the missing email accounts, they just have gone (had to re-create them), and the stressed support member also told me that this support ticket is closed and if I wanted to complain about the emails I had to open another. I've been loyal customer to Polurnet for more than 2 years, and also recommended it to various friends related to my bussiness as well (Designers, developers) but never expected something like this. I think they should check their recent support staff, cause always had kind attention, but for this guy I'm gonna evaluate a change to another provider. Beware.
