I have six domains with web host plus. None of them work properly and haven't since I was transferred to them. Web host plus had done a horrible job in the short time they have had my account. My former and awesome hosting company 1planhost was bought by web host plus. They planned the migration for several months took a month to initiate the migration and when the migration was effective everything of mine quit working. Now I expect some problems; it's a huge undertaking migrating thousands of accounts from one place to another. The biggest problem though has been that support was non-existant the first week, the second week they would take a message and then never call you back. It's now the third week after the migration. None of my support desk tickets have been answered or fixed. None of my MySQL database's work, so consequently even though my sites are online all my customers think I'm retarded because my pages error. I was on a very promising SEM plan that has been shot to smithereans because of all this. I've lost thousands in sales because of this. And where's web host plus in all this? When I call thier 24/7 tech support it says "all circuits are currently busy, please try again later. (it's 11pm) When I try their 24/7 live chat on their site, after two minutes of wiating it times out and says they're unavailable. I'm now trying to get in touch with them to get my SSL Cert info so I can transfer to a different hosting company (hostgator, they have great reviews) but since noone is answering I can't! I'm definately not satisfied with them. This is the worst support I've ever recieved!
