This is an excellent host and I have worked with several. Their support and range of services is what impresses me most.
We moved to 2001web (or should I say they transferred our entire site to their servers for us) after some shocking support from our previous host, the best way to describe this company is a breath of fresh air.
Support tickets are answered quickly and extremely effectively nothing seems to be too much trouble. Unlike other hosts when you communicate with the support staff you are treated as a valued customer not "just another client with a problem". You talk to knowledgable, real people who get the job done, not support reps who have ideas of grandeur and strange ideas of what real support is.
Our site runs considerably faster than it used to and their servers are well maintained with regular updates.
We do pay a little more than we used to each month but all I have to say about that is it is worth every penny. We learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. I would recommend this company to any webmaster in a heart beat.
