Well, an excellent hosting company. I am happy with the way I am being looked after at 247-host.com. They are a good choice for both amateurs and experienced users. Its pleasant surprise that there is not any noticeable downtime. I never had any problems with the mysql and mailing server since we moved to them about 6 months back. 247-host despite offering one of the lowest cost in web hosting business, maintains a very high standard of customer support where a friendly atmosphere is the norm.
So Far, So Good. I was with aaa-webhost.net so anything would be 5 of 5 compared with who I had been with.
I do recommend this service and I can only say, I hope they stay as good as they are right now. Don't let me down.
I have two accounts with 247-host.com, its a nice web host because they offer a wide range of plans for each kind of users. It is well priced and within everyone's budget. They also have more advanced plans such as dedicated servers for those who want to utilize the power. Setting up my site was easy except for the help section. The help section can be confusing because if you buy your domain from somewhere else, the instructions will say you need the same DNS nameserver, but they do not tell you how to look it up. Overall I don't have any complaints. Their online help is great for the quick answers that you need.
Some how I have got convinced that 247-host.com is one of the best hosts in the business out there. I've been with them for two years now and thus feel that my conviction is supported with some real time experience as well.
Astonishingly, from my first day to date there have not been any moments of frustration or desperation. This is despite the reason that during these years there have been some adjustment to my site needing changed configuration of the server and thus move from one server to another was also involved. There has never been nasty connectivity issues; they actively keep me updated about their progress resolving the issue.
The sales/support staff are a group of friendly, knowledgeable, and anxious to help. I'd recommend this host to anyone.
I am with 247-host from last few months and its going super. Express services including server and support. These people are really keen to do well and resolve issues very promptly. So far server up time is 100%.
I was just looking at some of their data and find that they have servers with theplanet which is a world class facility and 247-host knows how to make use of that. I had few issues to start with related to set up and billing and these were resolve politely and speedily.
Few days back I need extra bandwidth and installation of some scripts. The efficiency of their response amazes me.
On top of all this the costs at 247-host.com are very competitive.

My site have been transfered over 3 times, to different servers due to slow responce,php safe mode settings, email problems and others.
Ticket responce was slow for me, because time zone. They are in Texas and I am in Europe with GMT+2. The support are not 247.
Last server migration was terrible because nothing worked. I haved to recreate the accounts from the scratch, publish my files, recreate email and many others as they was a holly new account! After I expressed my disatisfaction with this issue, they told me to transfer my account again...
I was tired with this several server migration and I left them 6 months of hosting that I have already paid.
Merely the fact that one comes here to mention some thing is enough to say that one is happy enough (or frustrated enough) to mention about them. Frustated remarks come out much easy, remarks of satisfaction are hard in the sense that time take out for these.
247-HOST well done and keep it up. They are doing nice job.

It has been some years that I am with 247-host.com. Just came across reviews about them on webhostingjury.com and could not hold back to make my remarks here.
Well, not sure of the experiences and remarks of the others here. I had some serious assignments with them and rarely found them lacking. Seem nice experienced group of technicians with them who probably know web hosting and server related issues well.
And they do it at such a low cost that its like good services and negligible costs for me. I do not remember that I had an hosting issue related to my site with them.
Recommended Host.
I have been with them over a year. Everything was good for the first 11 months or so. Every now and then the server would bog down, but not too often.
In the last couple of months, they changed me to a different server. All the files on a couple of accounts were lost.
Since that move, there have been horrendous MySQL problems. For almost 3 months I have been trying to get them to fix it. They finally migrated all the sites over to another server--a slow one. The MySQL appears to be working, but wouldn't you know all the data from a couple of php-nuke sites was lost again. UG!
I have a straight html site with them on reseller account, too. It never has problems.
If they could get their MySQL issues straight and stop losing data, life there would be great.
Great Host. Been with them 1 year now. I told all my friends to join. They offer fantastico and a great site builder. Makes it so much easier to get your site up and running! And of course there support staff is eager to help and available all the time :)
Was there for less than a month and they are horrible. They even wrote me that they do not support cPanel problems. They have frequent downtime, have no staff (seem to be a two person company).
cPanel full backup did not work for more than a week and they did not care.
Very rude tech support and when you call, their recorded message make you believe they are busy but in fact no-one is there even for days...
They often tell you that if you want better tech support to upgrade your account or to use a dedicated server.
Stay away from that company, it is better to pay few dollar more a month and have good service.
I was with 247-host about a year ago and stayed there for about 6 months. The initial setup went fine as I was doing their reseller account. The price was very cheap, and that's about all the good things I can say about them.
Over the following 6 months I would find my sites couldn't be reached. I would have my clients calling me asking why their site was down. When I could actually get into my c-panel and check the server status, after a few minutes I could see the server status. On a bad day, the server load would stay in the 50's.
While customer service was there, little they did actually helped the situation. I tried to get them to switch me to a different server but that never happened, so I eventually abandoned the account as it was completely unusable.
From a reseller stand point I CANNOT recommend this to any one. Their shared hosting might not be as bad but I can't vouch for it.
Great value. Fast customer service, although somewhat dense at times. Occasional slowdowns due to over-committed servers. Good cPanel and Fantastico stays up-to-date. I'm using a reseller package to host 8 sites for a bargain price.
