I would not recommend this company. They were pretty rude when I decided to leave the company due to their server problems. Als, they will keep trying to charge you after your account has been cancelled. Dont waste your time with this hosting company.

Do not waste your money on aspwebserver. I had my accounts with them for a year and a half, up to 3/06. They are pretty good about keeping the site up and email going for the first few months of any pay period. After you can't get your CC money refunded, they cut you off. Emails are not answered helpfully or at all. My sites were down for almost two weeks, I sent 10 emails, called once, was told not to contact them by phone. On the eleventh email besides telling them to stop addressing me as "Sir or Madam" (after two years they know who I am), referring me to their onsite support, which didn't function, and playing mind games/pretending nothing was wrong on their end, I said I would post all eleven emails to various web master forums and get their opinion of ASPwebserver.com's treatment of me. I got a civil (though manipulative, and denying everything) reply, email restored and sites up again in a very short time after that. ASPwebserver may be cheap up front but you will pay the price in lost customers, frustration and suffering rudeness from people who I very much believe do not speak English. Stay Away!

The service was good for the first year. In 2007 site is down all the time. No responce from tech support at all - they completely ignore all emails sent to them at any address. STAY AWAY! I think the owner must have died and there is actually no one there now.... This is a disaster!

i'm have 3 years hosting on aspwebserver.com, but during feb 28, 2007 all my email address cannot access, and i also cannot manage the website or anything from control panel. i had more 5 times send email to support online, but i have no response yet from hosting, i'm very disappointed for their support. i need help to contact admin aspwebserver.com so i can solved this problem as soon as. cause this comersial website. please advise

My email has been out for over a week now, no reponse anywhere in the system. Can't even leave a phone message. Do not go here. I'm in the process of moving my hosting to somewhere else. Also have extended downtime problems. Thought saving a couple bucks would be a good idea. Not in this case. Horrible experience.

They started off well with reliable server uptime, and the online support system was good. But things became steadily worse. I bought a reseller account in March this year ($100 for 10 domains seemed like a good deal). However, the level of service deteriorated rapidly. One of my websites was repeatedly hacked, mailservers failed frequently, and the control panel was occasionally unusable. Tech support replies were slow, unprofessionally terse and largely unintelligible, clearly having been written by non-English speakers with no understanding of the rules of common courtesy.

I have now been told that they are to stop offering hosting packages, although they don't say when, and they are still offering hosting from their website. The world will be a better place without them.

When they upgraded their .NET framework to 2.0, they sent an email saying we needed to contact them if we wanted to run under .NET 1.1. So we did. Every so often, they reset their server settings and either put our site back into the 2.0 app pool, or our pool gets mixed with 2.0 applications, which causes IIS to crash and the site to be unavailable. I know this because I am a Sr. Application Architect with a very large company and over 10 years of experience. The site crashed again recently after they did some server maintenance and their immediate response to me was to move the site because the "Script was broken". I told them the code hadn't been re-compiled for a year and how they could fix the problem. They told me to find another provider, and we had just paid for another year of service. When I asked for a refund, after telling them exactly how to fix the problem, the site started working within an hour and I have never heard from them again.
Now it is down again and they are basically holding us hostage with no way to conduct business and no technical support at all. I would NEVER recommend this provider to anyone. Terrible experience.

I have had numerous problems with this provider. They keep bouncing the mail server due to some technical difficulties that they can't seem to fix.

If you ever contact support, be prepared for stupid responses that will never fix the problem. I don't know why they call it technical support when they have clearly no technical ability at all.

This is very cheap hosting that would be satisfactory if email was not required.
For the past few months at least, there has been a 2 hour delay on all incoming emails on good days - some days have had a 4-5 hour delay. This could have been happening for longer, as I have only noticed on days when i have been at my desk all day - and that has only been recently.
I have contacted support on numerous times, each time being told that the mail server had been reset, only to find that the delays remained.
The most recent time, I told them that I would move hosting companies if they did not fix the problem, only to be told, very rudely that if the error was not fixed I should move hosts.

On one occasion, there was a 5 hour period where all emails sent to my address disapeared - I never received them and they were not sent back to the sender. This cost me one client that I know of.

Technical support is average. Their operators only work during US business hours, meaning that I (living in Australia) had to wait overnight for my query to be answered.

I am currently in the process of moving away from this host.

I switched after one year free service with aspfreeserver (actually, I paid $1). I switched to another hosting company because they had a better deal (at the time).

I regret moving. I should have stayed. As it stands now, ASPfreeserver has a better deal then the one I am with now.

Contact? Communication? Issues? Sorry - not much to comment here... I communicated only a few times with them - they promptly replied each time. Access to the site was available 99.99999% of the time. I could always download at 500mb/s. I ran ASP with databases with no problems. Hmmm. I wonder if they spoke English...?

Not a lot of frills, which I like: E-Mail & FTP Setup were easy. The control panel works well. Download performance is excellent. I left ASPWebServer for 2 months for a pricier solution, but their download speed was downright awful, and e-mail was difficult, so I came back to ASPWebServer.

My web site does go down every 3-6 months, or so, but they always respond within 24 hours, with the problem usually fixed. They've helped troubleshoot my forum, and have always been pleasant to work with. My web site was attacked and defaced by vandals: ASPWebServer was excellent at fixing the web site for me.

My only complaint: reliability is not great. Like I said, the website goes down once in a while, and I have been told once that they will need to "rebuild the server" to fix a control panel problem. They promised that would happen on 9/4, then on 9/11, still nothing. So, a few problems that marred the overall experience. Otherwise, the price is really, really affordable.

I have been with this host for almost 2 years now and have multiple accounts with them. The price is great. One of the best prices if not the best price I found on the net. Two of my sites have never been down to my knowledge and the other site goes down maybe 1 out of 2 months, but after an email to the support. The site is back up within a matter of minutes to hours. I would recommend this host to a lot of people and have allready did.
