2 words: REAL NIGHTMARE! If you hate someone recommend them acenet.
2 downtimes over 4 days in 3 months. No warning, no excuse, no phone service, ticket slow. Now they put me down supposly because of my forum and want me to upgrade to virtual server. All by ticket feel like am talking to a keyboard. They don't event listen to you. Treatent me to shoot it down again if I don't close the forum. How can i do it? . Cannot access FTP or either frontpage everything is down again! Modification are impossible to any of our 8 websites. AM SO OUT OF THERE! |

I've been with AceHost.com for 2 months. I've found the support very slow - certainly not 24 hours as is noted in the reviews I've seen.
I've been trying to get support on the same issue for 5 days now and am not getting response. I finally got a very confusing email that did not address my problem and the ticket was closed when the issue was not resolved. It is still not resolved and I keep trying to get a response to no avail.
The support seems non-existent. |
