These guys are great:
Extensive knowledge of their servers and technology, quick support, either by phone and tickets) although they really prefer the ticketing system for their technical questions, (Who doesn't). These guys are fast and reliable. Completely recommend them. Price little bit high but fair. |

The response of the customer service is incredible. You can even talk to someone (a real person) if you want. And they actually offer the help themselves, they don't have to send you somewhere else. They don't talk down to you either, they treat you like a real person. They are A+ in my book. I can only hope to offer the same kind of service to my customers. |
