Backland Communications has been hosting our site now for 6 years, and has been about as good a host as you could ever ask for.
Firstly the customer service is bar none the best service I have ever had from an ISP or Hosting Company. I ALWAYS get a call back on issues, or e-mail if that is how I initiated the support request. They usually respond within 30 minutes if I have had to leave a message or e-mail them, and are always willing to help, even when the issue is not on their end.
The Pricing is higher then most other hosts, but is well worth it considering their reliability. It's the old saying of you get what you pay for.
I have move several other sited over to them, and will continue to do so! |
