Blockstar is a good host if you don't know html (like me) and want to build a website. I was able to create a website and put my photos online by using their website builder which is a point and click type of thing that you download to your computer. I really like their photo gallery tool cause it gave me a lot of control over how to setup my page. Also this is not a template driven service so I was able to get my pages to look how I wanted them.
I don't think this is a good website for anyone looking for FTP, or the ability to add code to their website because you have to do everything through their software, but it is perfect for beginners or people who want to create a website but not worry about how to do it. |
