Since 1994, my company first used Carolinanet as an ISP. When we decided have presence on the web, it was a no-brainer to use them to host our site. Customer service and tech support is second to none. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable with 100% follow-up. Consolidating all my sites at Carolinanet.com in January 2004 was a great move for my business. Prior to that I allowed my clients to choose their own hosting company for sites I built. This was a major headache due to ftp issues, lack of control panel options, and in some cases, extremely poor customer service. Since moving to Carolinanet.com, I have added almost 20 sites that are easily managed through my console access. In addition to e-mail and mailing list management, I have been able to configure my log files for each site individually, which is critical due to the high traffic some of my sites get. There are many other console tools I haven't even tried out yet. Most important, however, is the prompt attention I get from technical support whether I call or use the convenient online ticket system. The support team has also been great in teaching me about server configuration and applications. I highly recommend Carolinanet.com, especially for developers looking to lease blocks of space to manage multiple sites. |

They have been extremely easy to work with on a day to day basis. When problems arise (and there have only been a few), they have a team of Tech Support that goes right to the problem, and corresponds through the entire solution. Their interface for website and email maintenance is superb! It's so easy to manage all of our sites through them! They have been GREAT! |
