Been with this company for two years. Servers are down at least three or four times a month. Currently down two days in a row and not getting any response to support tickets, No one answers the phone. The sad truth is I am trying to move many web sites from this company and it is down or not responding so much I cant get them off. Of course theh are prompt at billing and no they dont offer any refund for all the problems you have. |

I signed up,and a few weeks later I purchased another domain name.I emailed them to fod out how to add the domain.NEVER got a response!I waited for over one full day,and signed up with helping host,which by the way is a excellent server!!I sent numerous email to dailywebhost to cancel my subscription and NEVER got any response.Last night,I got an invoice for my domain from dailywebhost.It seems there's no one to answer your questions or email,but they have the time to take money out of your account.I am changing my credit cards today,all because dailywebhost is not going to get another dime from me.I am also filing complaints with the b.b.b.,icann,and whois today,and I will complain to all that I can find to help get these thieves shut down! |

I highly recommend you DO NOT use Dailywebhost.com. Their customer service is absolutely disgraceful. The worst I have ever encountered. Everytime I need to contact them it is like banging my head up a brick wall. They have no respect for their customers at all. Worst still they debited my bank account for several domain name renewals without my permission (and the domains don't even expire for another two years!). As far as I'm concerned this is theft. I have emailed them 10 times for a refund, but they ignore me everytime. I'm now trying to close my account, but I can't even do that, because they continue to ignore me. They are very amateurish, disrespectful and untrustworthy. In addition they have the most unreliable servers I have ever come across. At least once a month there is some problem where I lose information from my databases.
Over all I recommend you spend a bit more and use a decent host who has a bit more respect for their paying customers. No one likes to be ignored, have their money stolen, or their websites crash every month.
Dailywebhost.com is to be avoided. |

When I look for a host, I need to have generous spaces and lots of features. A friend recommended me to this host, after I switched, I loved it. Their technical support are fast, helpful, even for those questions are not related to their services, they still like to answer it. They respond very fast during the midnight after I got off from the shift. I just recommened my wife to transfer as well. We have a few sites at other host and they don't have the price or features that DWH offer. Their uptime are pretty good, I used it for almost 2 years now, hardly any downtime that I can noticed. I can recommend this host to anyone looking for a new one. Go for it. |
