Horrible support, sent a dozen emails to support and even sales and got no responce in a weeks time. I am moving all my domains from them. Thier numbers are disconnected and thier new address is in England, thanks for tell us that also.. |

Good speed and nice price. uptime is okay.
But the support is ridiculous. When they changed their dns, they didn't bother to tell me. i dont' have spam controls on my yahoo email account enabled. I found my site was down and emailed them to get some reply about new dns ip.
And when they changed datacenter, they moved my html and jpeg files over within a day, goood. But they didn't move my 100+mb video files even after more than a month. yes more than month, even though i emailed them every 2 days or so, the admin always said his office net line is slow and it would take some time.
last, when the server was having some asp error, they said they will look into it and didn't followup even after 3 days. This was when I emailed them to cancel my account.
there are a lot of better hosts out there, why bother when you got an option??? |

Really bad company. They have a anti website against them http://www.datastreamusa.net Greg Agri is the owner and he is the only one that does everything. The support phone goes to his cell phone. A lot of downtime. Very bad support. |
