Verdict : We have been with DefinedHost since June of 2002. At first, we were hesitant as a friend/company contact referred me to their sales department. I didn't really care much for having the contact them, but have been pleased overall since. Uptime is great and every time we have had an issue (which is usually because of an error on our part), they have been more than helpful in finding a solution or referring us to a source that could help us resolve it (such as a problem with PHP). They went out of their way and because of that, they deserve more attention. Keep up this great work and we'll be sure to tell our clients about you and what you have to offer!
