Verdict : I would definitely recommend Domain Avenue (a part of the Wyith group) as a hosting company. During the time I've been with DA/Wyith my site has had almost no downtime at all. When I've had problems with ftp, or e-mail the support staff have usually responded very quickly. My only complaints are these:

1. A new mail server was installed and all users were advised to upgrade their email accounts (free of charge) so that they could be used on the new server. It took my 24 emails over 6 months to get that upgrade done. No harm done really as the old server was still operational - just annoying.

2. Pricing. You don't get an awful lot of space with the basic package but given that it works out to just over 1 dollar per MB per year I can't complain too much. The pricing of higher level hosting plans puts me off upgrading.
