Combine all of the other complaints in this thread and you have my thoughts. Horrible customer suppert (non-existent actually). They tout their "Extreme Support", however talking to a real person is not an option. I just happen to have a direct number to a guy there, but he accomplishes nothing for me.
Stay away! After 10 years with them, and 6 or 7 different websites I am finally fed up. |

EZpublishing has generally decent service. I have five websites with them. But their unreachable technical support means that any problem takes far longer to clear than it should. All you can do is submit trouble tickets. If you call them, you get some message-taking center somewhere that can't connect you to anybody.
I have a site down right now, and it's been down for 12 hours, apparently because there's an internal routing error within EZpublishing's server farm. And I can't reach anybody there.
It just came back up, though. |

Web interfaces don't work reliably. Tech Support is inadequate or ignorant. eMail is practically non-existent. At first i couldn't send and now over six months later, I can't receive either. This is NOT an IP change problem either, as I have been sending and receiving eMail long since the change; BUT NOT anymore.
They are way over priced for the services received, and the MySQL server is, also, slow to respond. |

If you don't mind constant downtime and it never being fixed, slow tech responce and techs that realy don't appear to care if they are hurting your business by all means go with them. Stuck with them for 6 years, mainly because #1 loyalty and #2 their dumb cgi paths kept me from moving. Just moved and my website traffic is up almost 50% since moving, now that's alot of lost traffic from down time! Cpanel based hosts offer so much more for less, why even bother. |

EZPublishing offers affordable hosting for websites of all sizes. I have three websites hosted with them and have never run into trouble with my site going down. Their online control panel offers website statistics, email, file transfers, and much more. I'm not sure what the bigger hosting plans offer, but for what I pay this host is well worth the money. |
