Verdict : We have had months of intermittent trouble. They offer two options for support: submitting trouble tickets, which have repeatedly been lost in cyberspace. We finally decided to transfer our domains to another host. EDT removed our website and it took 2 days of fighting with them to get the necessary actions on their part to allow us to transfer.

Do NOT use them. You will regret your waste of time and money.
