The first year with this host was great. I could get support anytime of the day and if I messed something up it would be fixed in the hour. But in the last few months or so Alex, the owner of the company has been awol and hasn't been seen. The SQL database is down constantly and Alex hasn't been answering e-mails or getting on any form of communication program he used in the past. Even with the great year the last 3-4 months have changed my opinion and are frustrating. |

This company sucks, if you goto www.exize.com right now, hey have had the same message up for over a month which states.
" The Exize Hosting Website is currently under maintenance.
Expect it back online within 1-3 days."
Alex never gave me any support, never responded or helped me with any of my problems. I have 2 issues I needed him to work on wiht my site because its on the hosting site, never did that. Then, the mysql server keeps crashing, and is down for 5-10 minutes serveral times a day and upsetting all my users. Currently, my website has been down for over 12 hours with the same mysql database error, this hosting company frickin sucks. im transfering asap |

My Account was created almost instantly and I was ready to access my website. The Hosting Support was great, especially Alex. There were many times when I just could not get a script I purchased to work, and Alex helped me get it working (even though this is the responsibility of the programmer, who just dissapeared on me).
The Servers were fast, and the uptime was great. Supportwas friendly.
