I have gone through many web hosting companies and it is always the same. I can never get the support I need. Sure the other sites had support, but they weren't always there when I needed them. With FileFreaks any time I contacted them they would always answer back in a timely fashion. They never left me hanging and not only helped me reach my goals, but when I did not have the time or skill to update my site,they were there to do everything for me and walk me through the steps so that the next time I hit a problem I would know what to do. I have never been so impressed with support and the professionalism of a web design/web hosting site, until I found FileFreaks. I am not planning on leaving this site for a long time. I recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a reliable web host. |
