I have been with these guys for a couple of years now. I have always had a friendly yet professional correspondence with them, even putting up with my stupid questions.
I have three domains hosted with them on their Silver Package which gives me just as much as I need to run personal and non-profit web sites. They also run a community forum where Flump/123/UK Dedicated users can share information which is a real bonus.
I would (and do!) recommend their services to anyone that asks.

Althought Flump has fantastic uptime getting in contact with anyone from tech support is hastle at the best, I have had 3 occasions where I have had to hunt them down, the 1st was when I got my account set up, a friend set it up for me and they were just impossible to deal with, they asked for photocoppies of his passport, etc. very stupid.
then they decided to disable my forum because of a security issue but never informed me, and it took me a week over christmas to hunt them down, on the last occasion, they then disabled my forum after another phpbb upgrade, I asked for info on where to patch it and to be fair, this time they attempted to help me, but quit halfway through the job, at this stage I gave up and decided not to bother with a forum any more, which was quite a blow as I spent a huge ammount of effort promoting it, but it has taken me up to a week to get a response sometimes and I feel that they tend to blow off smaller customers. |

Although I am no longer with Flump I must recommend it since the service was so professional.
The company has a huge resources so when something bad happens like a server hardware failure, they will switch to a backup within hours. I was hosted on the server atlee in their US data centre.
I had almost instant support once I brought a reseller account then moved up to a Dedicated Server via MSN or Mobile, only the cost of hosting in the UK pushed me away and I am currently pulling my hair out as support isn't as personal I don't get half the amount of help I got with the company Flump/123Reseller/UKDedicated.
Superb Company and excellent support community
