Far and away the best web host I've ever used. Trouble tickets (trouble by the way is infrequent) are resoloved in minutes usually and not days. They do a SUPERB job of keeping their customers informed of server maintenance and other issues which may or may not affect your domain(s). I now have five customers hosted at GH1 and it's a wonderful thing to not have to tend to them each day or each week.
I had to request some special service at one point along the way due to a new configuration that we wanted to try. Not only didn't they charge for their time, they had the issues resolved in under an hour.
I highly recommned GH1 to anyone who wants a robust, reliable and customer oriented webhost. They are truly a cut above the rest. |
