Gazzin is hosting over 30 website for me, and they service is ok, until there is a problem somewhere and you need help from them. Stay Away!
for example one of my websites mail is down over 48 hours every two weeks. and the support team refuses to answer any questions related to that.
whenever I submit a ticket, they usually come up with a complete irrelevant answer. when I reply with more info, somebody else that doesnt know about the initial problem reply with even more irrelevant answers. and they keep telling me to use the live chat when I need tech support.
when i use the live chat they keep asking me questions and they keep me waiting for long period of time with no answer, when you ask them if they even know about the problem yet, they rudely reply with "checking" and dont say anything for another half hour. after one hour they ask you to submit a ticket to support team!! unless you give up and close the live chat and move on to a host with proper support.
Very worried about gazzin. I have made an online payment to them and heard nothing at all. They were supposed to phone me after my payment but didn't. I was supposed to be able to log into my account but can't, have submitted 3 support tickets but had no reply, their forum does not exist and I cannot find a phone number for them.
I only heard about them last night through a google search and am now terrified that I have been scammed. How can support take so long to answer? There's something wrong here.
With my own experience in mind, I believe that anyone who signs up with Gazzin is really satisfied using their services. I was a bit worried when I first signed up because the prices were so incredibly low for the services they were offering, but after reading good reviews and feedbacks about this company I decided to try them.
I have always been impressed by the service they provide and the value for money. Support is great and very quick to help if there is a problem, but I've never had any major problems, just the occasional thing that you would get with any shared hosting environment.
I recommend this decent host to other web masters who are looking for reliable service.
I have been using gazzin dedi after upgrading from plan 1.
I was able to get some big clients where today I won't be anywhere without them.
Their low prices and great service have allowed me to enter the market easily and earn a good sum of money.
Recommend them to everyone.
My VPS uptime is about 99%. Support is friendly and competent. These guys have a service monitored that if anything goes down they fix it. One night I was not around and one of our web went down and they took care of it.
I can not be more than happy I run a reseller service on their VPS and everything looks good.
Their node has been up for more than 3-4 months without reboot.
I have been with gazzin for a while on a plan 1 linux
resellers. Everything look great and our business has boomed up to the
point where where using VPS. Support is great and there is always
someone around to help me out. There were minor issues on their network
but they were on it.
I have a Reseller Account with these guys. Uptime is great,
service is great. I just wanted to take the time to write a review for
these guys because they helped me out when I accidental dropped my
database. They were able to restore it from backups! Simply saved my life.
I have a cluster with these guys. I was on a Dedicated Server and it simply was not enough. Opened a support ticket and they consulted with me on my budget as well as our needs. A customized cluster got us running and has had no downtime since then! The setup allow us to TRIPLE our site traffic without them I would have probably be moving from provider to provider looking for the powerful server. A cluster was what was needed.
I signed up for a VPS with Gazzin on the 10th of October 2007. Staff were helpful at this point. After a few hours, the VPS froze and had to be rebooted. Staff responded within a few hours and rebooted the VPS which then fell over a few hours later. On average, the VPS was falling down about 4 times a day with an uptime of about 20%.
The support staff are all extremely polite, although their English is weird. They all seem to have names like Jeff, Micheal, Bill, Bryan, William and Robert. All good names I'm sure, but perhaps a bit unlikely that *everyone* has an olde English name? Read into that what you will.
When it came to actually trying to fix the root cause of the crashes, communications broke down. Prompt service it may be, but sophisticated it is not. The staff were totally unable to respond in any other way other than reboot and hope the problem goes away. If you think CTRL-Alt-Del is an acceptable form of support, then these guys are for you.
After 5 days of VPS hell, I terminated the account and requested a refund as per their "Money back guarantee". At this point, all communication with me has ceased. No-one is responding to my emails. I've sent five emails over a period of a month without a single reply. I fully expect never to get my money back.
These guys are fly-by-night operators taking a chance with your money. Avoid at all costs.
Customer for 2+ years and have been more than happier. I have to admit there has been its rough rides when there were mis-communications but once you get things cleared up the staff are very willing to go the extra step. I currently resell most of their product line and have been doingvery well. I recommend them for their price and support. 5 thumbs up for their hard work.
Have to say that for the first year I had no real complaints about the reseller hosting package I use. Then things started going down hill. First they moved my domains to a new server and did not provide advance notice. Took some time to work out the bugs after the move...
Now it seems that they want to ride the knife edge with disk space on the server(s), they are always at 99% usage with only ~2GB of free space. So lately "Disk Full" errors are happening more and more often. Support just says "thanks for telling us" and "we will look into it" and "you have X amount of freespace in your account" then they free up a gig or two and the cycle starts again. In a day or two the "Disk Full" errors start again. I for one am looking for a new home for myself and my clients...
I absolutely love this host. I recommend them 100% and I actually moved all my domains over.The support is fantastic, the uptime is absolute, no problems with email. I have been with them for almost a year now and have absolutely no regrets.
I preferred Gazzin for the price and features. The price and features remain good. However, I am sticking with them and will unless they get rid of me; because of the level of service. I am the type of user who knows just enough to screw things up.
They are very dedicated on maintaining their level of service, security, and professionalism. They have always respectfully and quickly less than half-hour usually resolved my problems that is, fixed my mistakes.
Customer Services is horrible. Replies are frequently in unintelligible English or don't address the problem. Many times, the customer is blamed for the issue first before it is resolved. Downtimes are too frequent. The claim of 99.9% uptime is a joke. Cheap doesn't equal quality. This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. The staff seem to be very active on Web Hosting Review sites trying to respond to negative reviews or posting fake positive reviews. Seems like they have three employees.
I have been using these guys for over 2 years already so far I havent had any issues with their support
Support is extremely fast with probably 1 hour resolution for all tickets I sent in. I havent had a problem with our site being down during regular business hours.
Am a customer of Gazzin networks, I have taken reselling hosting plan from them, its too cheap! Am getting well support from these people. Technical team of gazzin is very friendly they really tack care of client like mine. I recommends to all.
Its nice to say, now days gazzin networks improved their service and support, their support and service really appreciating, now am feeing secure with gazzin people. So I also recommends to you.

Used to host on equa web, moved to gazzin.. good cost, great service.. I moved to their servers, the owner and all service reps have been very helpful and support tickets responded to in mere HOURS, not days/weeks. and ALL of my support issues were resolved the same day! I don't work for Gazzin, but I am a very satisfied customer so far! I had a minor email issue, the issue was acknowledged within an hour and all of my domains were investigated and repaired in hours not weeks like with others..
On termination after 7 days, I sent them this note:
I am cancelling my account after signing up on April 19th because I have waited for ONE WEEK without even a response to my request for a dedicated IP address for a client that I placed on April 19th.
All charges made to our company credit card and any future charges are being charged back. Any future charges will be considered fraudulent and reported as such.
Your abysmal performance and complete disregard for customer service and support is appalling. The quality of your technical support staff is severely lacking. They are nice and I'm sure they mean well, but their responses to many questions have been just plain dumb.

if this was the case any host would just make their prices up, to encourage customers
anyway, FTP were 0.5kbp/s at times
and CPanel took very long to load
