Absolutely GREAT customer service! I love being able to chat with Gigapros 24/7 support with almost immediate response. No waiting for a "ticket" to be responded to on most minor issues.
Also, practically NO down-time. All maintenance is down in off-peak hours.
They upgraded the quality of my server WITHOUT raising my prices! It's much faster!
Can say that compared to our previous hosting company, Gigapros was like a breath of fresh air.
Their VPS hosting service is perfect!
They are already set up and ready for Joomla and similar applications, and the customer support has always been prompt and helpful.
We have not noticed any downtime or email issues and they are always sending message about new and upgraded features they add to the standard packages.

Fantastic host. I have used a couple of others and finally switched to Giga Pros. I run my web sites on their VPS account and everything works fine.
All my support requests are handled under 15 minutes. They even re-installed my content management system for me after they found out the problem I had stemmed from me installing the wrong version.
Mail system is superb, with spam controls, webmail and mailing list management about as good as one could want.

While I have been hosting with Gigapros for very long period, the service has been reliable and the company has been responsive to all of my questions.
Account comes with preloaded cPanel, mySQL, php ... and everything that I ever needed out of a host. FTP is super fast, and website always up.
It's a good value, reliable, and service has been better than other hosting companies.

A little over a year ago I was looking for a host to set up one of my sites. The choices were daunting, to say the least. After reading countless reviews of many of the top rated hosts, Gigapros was among the top candidates. So, I decided to try them and host my web site makmakmen(dot)com.
Most everything I wanted to do just worked, and any problems I had were quickly solved by their self-support. The customer service is prompt and always give me the information I need to make my website function the best.
The server uptime and overall speed performance are outstanding and consistent.
Their pricing is competitive in my opinion..
Think that I will stay a long-term customer! Good hosting provider.
I was send to GigaPros for a Dolphin7 Installation directly from Boonex. After i paid the whole setup fee for the next 24 months, i tried to install Dolphin7 and other CMS on my Webspace. After a lot of tries, i informed the GigaPros Support about my slowly working webspace. The answer was i am from Europe, and it is not the server. After some months i tried this again, but the accessibility of my webspace was poorer and poorer. Frustrated i wrote to the GigaPros Support again. They told me, that my internet connection is not stable.
Here i must say: i am working over 10 years in this business from germany, but GigaPros take the money and let you alone.
I was looking for a good hosting website as my current host provided me with really bad service and found Gigapros. And since I have been dealing with this decent host. I have never had problems and getting everything up was easy.
Their support was also very helpful in the few issues I had. It made me feel great knowing I could have fast service from a reliable host. Their customer support is beyond excellent. They know what they are doing.
Overall they're just a great company. I'm going to sign up another account with Gigapros for a new website next week or so.
