I CANNOT warn you enough about Hagen Hosting..Please stay away from these guys at all costs...
Website was down on the weekend, opened up a ticket and no response for 24 hours - until Monday morning. Had to quickly purchase space on another provider and upload the html to get it going for my clients on Sunday. I was upset and told to cancel the account and if they tried to charge my visa or my account I would go to the BBBB.
They sent me a nasty e-mail, after going ahead and charging my account anyway for the now uneeded domain renewal, threatening to "ruin my life", quote unquote verbatim, I'm serious, if I pursued any "argumentative" course of action, including I could not even e-mail them or call them or open a case to discuss it.
OH_MY_GOSH!

Hagen Hosting is one of the worst hosts out there. They have an extremely shady Terms of Service, which they change without warning or reason. When asked for a reason, they apologize that they never really had that service in the TOS, so they could change it whenever they liked. And did I mention their no-refund policy !
Even though the hosting service is decent, I would not recommend them
since they cannot be trusted.
