Verdict : I had a few initial setup problems ... mostly I think because I had about 14 domains to move quickly from my previous host. Within a couple days everything was setup & working great .. and the support I received to get it done was phenominal.

Since then ... I have only contacted Support a couple times to ask "stupid questions" (in my book) and they were always quick to respond, patient & courteous with me. I have experienced NO problems at all with "up times".

I have had Reseller accounts for 8 years now (although I am not a reseller) ... and I have to say ... Hampshire Hosting is the BEST host I have dealt with to date.
