I have been using HostDime for about 2 years now. I have very good success with HostDime. Their customer service is outstanding...every time I have ever ran into any issues whatsoever, whether it's been issues with my account when I've been past due, and they have been lenient with payments and kept my services on. If I've had technical issues, they have resolved them very promptly.
I've been in the web design business for over 10 years, and I've used Many web hosts. And I've found that HostDime is the absolute best overall. The space they provide, and the customer service they provide is unbeatable. You truly get what you pay for when it comes to hosting companies, and HostDime provides the absolute best.
I would recommend HostDime to anyone who wants the best when it comes to website hosting.
I had 3 websites hosted with HostDime. At first everything looked good for about 2 months, but then the problems came. My plan was a shared hosting plan, the websites did not have huge traffic.
The server was unreachable at least once per week, sometimes 2-3 times. On very rare occasions the sites did load in good time, tested them on another hosting company and they worked wonderful. Whenever I checked the server status it was using 90-100% resources. When you contact them, their reply is always another user who is using all resources but I guess they just put too many websites on one server.
Now I have moved to another hosting company and everything works as it should, no more unreachable website, no more long loading times.
If anyone is thinking of hostdime, I will give you a word of advice upfront. Hostdime does not make back ups (Despite what their posted policy reads) - If you don't care about losing your data, then consider hostdime.
Hostdime is not very safe. They allow hackers to easily hack into other people accounts and connect with your mail account. Thus causing your site to be black listed. If that don't care about having your site blacklisted, then hostdime is right for you.
Hostdime isn't concerned about peoples private information. In my case my identity was stolen due to hostdimes failure to protect it. If you don't mind losing your identity, then hostdime is right for you.
Hostdime doesn't follow their own posted policy. Their policies sound good but that's as far as it goes..
So with all said, If your not afraid of losing your data and don't mind having your site blacklisted and don't care about losing your privacy and identity stolen, then Hostdime is right for you! - If you care about these things, like most do, then stay far away from hostdime!
Don't trust Hostdime if you are running a critial website or vbulletin forum. I'd been with them for 2-years on a shared plan through hasweb.com, their subsidiary company and bought an upgrade package for more space then WHAM! they pulled the plug on my forum citing all manner of nonsense about cpu & ram usage (it wasn't even a busy forum) and pushed for their more expensive dedicated hosting package instead.
I said no way, then they denied access to my SQL databases and entire ftp directory I needed for moving to another host provider, this went on for about a week (all the time my websites down) until a more helpful Aric from hasweb intervened.
Hostdime support were a joke with up to 24hours response times basically 'passing the buck' onto another department or someone else, they just couldn't care less.
If you're already with them, don't dare ask about an upgrade or you may be held to ransom like I was, and if you're thinking about it (their shared 'supreme package' looks very enticing) my advice is to go with a bigger outfit like hostgator.com or dreamhost.com at least you know where you stand, and more importantly you can trust them.
HostDime was good for four years but starting in January 2007 the reliability and support became unacceptable. I lost track of the times the site was down or email was inaccessible. Sometimes it broke twice in one day, and it always took more than 5 hours to fix. It always seemed that when they fixed one thing they broke something else. Management was unresponsive when informed of the many problems. The second time in one day that my email went down I signed up with another hosting company that currently has a high rating. I am moving my clients off HostDime and would not recommend them to anyone at this time (mid-February 2007).
I have used many hosts over the past 10 years, but HostDime who I have used for the past 2+ years has proven the best by far.
Long term experience with managed servers has taught me that the most important thing is quality of service, particularly quality of support. It's no use having super cheap hosting if no one is there to help you when it goes wrong.
HostDime have the best Tech and general support I have experienced and I have no hesitation in recommending them for people wishing good stable and well supported servers.
I'd like to voice my appreciation to your Support Staff. Almost all the time the answers come fast and on target and in a friendly manner. When there's confusion (and it's often on this end ;-) you guys are still conscientious and solid! Thanks so much to the best hosting company on the planet!

Manny and the crew and Hostdime go above and beyond in service and support. One of the few hosting companies that still believe in the old saying, "the customer is always right". There service and products are second to none.
I have been doing business on the internet for roughly 8 years and have gone through numerous hosting companies and Hostdime is the ONLY one I would recommend.
I had been with Hostdime for a great long time. Support was awesome at first, especially with my shared server. When I got my dedicated server it was even better for awhile. I started to notice more and more outsourced people were handling my tickets. I didn't mind at first because stuff was getting done none the same. However it wasn't long after that it felt like the only thing I was doing was making tickets to have things fixed that their outsourced support broke in the first place. Which those tickets were handled by sometimes the same person that broke it the first time or if not them another outsourced person. It became quite obvious that they support could barely fix anything, this wasn't due to their support not knowing what they were doing. They just couldn't understand enough English to know what was wrong. They changed things, installed things anywhere they wanted, and just did things at random most of the time barely having anything to do with the ticket. HostDime was one of the best hosts I had seen when I first joined them, as it stands now I wouldn't even recommend them. To be honest right now they have terrible support. Yes it's one of the fastest I've seen, but does it matter how fast they act if it takes them 5 tries?

I am currently using Hostdime's vps offerings.
I have had almost 100% uptime and they give you rvskins and fantastico for no cost. The hardware is the latest in cpu's.
Nodes are not overloaded and best of all they will work with you
if you need your vps customized. All in All I wish I could give them a 6 out 5.
Well through my 2 years and a half i went from shared host to dedicated server and i can tell you. Support is FAST , transfer WAS FAST and painless...For the first time i can tell you that im VERY satisfied.
I have worked with hostdime for more than two years, I started testing the shared reseller plan, and I found the customer support to be outstanding, these guys are fast and they know what they are doing. For me, the most important factor in choosing a hosting provider is the quality and speed of the tech support, besides that their prices are highly competitive and I haven't had any noticeable service interruption. So at the end of last year I decided to get a dedicated server with them, they transfered all my accounts with no problems and the tech support guys have been extremely patient with me while I have been learning (from them) to manage the dedicated server.
I highly recommend hostdime for Quality, Value and Service.
In my professional work, I work for a Fortune top 20 Company that has a Blue Box Logo. I there is a goal to be the Number 1 recognized service brand in the world period. The Staff of Hostdime has always provided Stellar customer service. For those of us in the "Service Business" meeting and exceeding customer expectations is what seperates the "Wheat from the Chaf". When there were problems, I have received a personal message letting me know what the problem is, how it is being handled and when a resolution to the problem would be fixed. This has not happend enough for me even to consider asking for my money back with the 99.9% uptime feature in over 4 years. This type of personal service level and reliability is Stellar by Corp standards. I have also found that in "My Experience" the "Servers and Network" have been reliable. It is unfortunate that some customers have had a less than a satisfying experience. I also have a work history of being a paid Network Admin mananaging over 120 servers to put a frame of reference on my point of view. I know that Hostdime has 10 times if not more than this amount to maintain. I have high marks for this Hosting provider.I have 3 Domains and 4 hosted sites with this provider.
Hostdime has always been there with Outstanding Service and Support. I have all my websites hosted with Hostdime, and have since 2004. Not only does Hostdime have very fast and reliable services!, Their Support has always been Top Knotch.
If there was ever a problem with anything (WHICH IS HARDLY EVER) Hostdime support already knew about it and their admin staff were already working on it and issue resolved in a very good timely manner.
I have clients who have had their website hosted with a different web hosting company and when their site was down, not working correctly, or had a hosting question. They could not get a definate answer from who they hosted with or would take for ever before receiving a response from support. I Am Highly Confident in Hostdime that This kind of thing will not happen. Hostdime will take care of you, as they have me.
So if you Make HostDime your choice for web hosting You Have Made A Great Choice as I did.

Hosted with them for a little ovre a year, with good results for the most part. Had a resller account and mulitple domains, worked well. Major problem is that they repeatedly put anti-spam measures on all my accounts, which sent false bounce messages to "spam" email, which meant that I not only lost a lot of email, I got unsubscribed from a lot of mailing lists by the false bounces. three times they did this, I asked them not to (once I found out about it), so they removed it again but a month or two later... back again. Now they've started using RBLs and it's just impossible to deal with them. So 1/5 for reliability, because their "email" offering is flakey and useless.
We have been with hostdime for over 2 years and they used to have good support. Recently they either outsourced it to india, or hired a bunch of them because every ticked I open is answered in broken english with very poor understanding of my problem. Reliability is also a problem. Every time a hurricane goes through Florida, they have outages.
We host about 35 domains with hostdime but are in the process of finding a new provider due to their poor support and inability to fix simple server issues.
Throughout all my time with HostDime I've experienced excellent service. Their tech support is awesome and always helpful and the service you get is worth a lot more than what you pay. I highly recommend this host to anyone looking for quality hosting.
I think Manny and the people at Hostdime deserve a medal. We have a site that really took off quickly and with growth that fast comes server issues. Manny and his crew have always acted quickly in fixing any issues. All of us at my company are extremely appeciative of their hard work.
I love this host...hosted my personal sites with them for a long time then when I started my own hosting business I came to them for all my dedicated server needs. I would recommend them to anyone needing hosting of any kind.
Hostdime has exceptional pricing and great uptime. I have, however had VERY difficult experiences with the support staff via email and online trouble ticket system when there has been loss of service. At one point one of their "Senior System Admins" flat out argued and insulted me after I complained regarding the poor customer service.
I recommend using hostdime with the caution against attempting support via email or their ticketing proccess. Call for all support issues.
I can only recommend HostDime with a capital R. I have tried several other Web Hosting Companies, but never found anyone as good as HostDime. I'm here to stay. I started with one dedicated server, and have just got my second one now. I know my way around computers, but i must say a dedicated server is a completely different thing. When i looked around for a dedicated server i realised that i needed a managed server, and most other companies charge you a lot of money for that - BUT NOT HOSTDIME with them you get a Managed server with capital M.
I can only recommend them to all, look no further - CHOOSE HOSTDIME.
Hostdime has good uptime and good pricing. I have only had to use their support 1 time. I would have to say hostdime has a very slow and sometimes non-responsive support team. I had sent 8 emails and 2 support tickets. It took 2 to 3 days between replys when I recieved a reply at all. Two reply's to their admin email went unanswered. Two others Telling me there was an issue(which was already common knowledge). Then two more asking what caused the problem.(Which was never answered). The support ticket I submitted was pointless. They never answered the question I asked. I made post in the support section of their forums with no answer. I replied to an email from manny who is supposed to be the main guy I think at 9:30am 1/3/05 it is now 1:13am 1/4/05 and I have no response from him yet, still looking. All in all the support I tried to recieve started on 12/24/2004 and it is now 1/4/05 and they still have not fully resolved it. Not due to lack of time, but due to lack of effort. I am just really glad I dont hav eto use their support very often and I would hate to see what would happen if it was a real serious issue. Hostdime has good uptime and price, but very poor support.
I left my original webhosting company that I have used for the last 4 years simply because I had outgrown their services.
Since then I have been through one horror story after another until I found hostdime, this is the first company that I have had a reseller account with that actually delivers what it promises.
The support ticket system has been excellent with outstanding response times with clear intelligent answers.
The last one I submitted had a 7 minute response time with not one but two people responding at the same time (well within a minute of each other).
Now for anyone reading this saying so what 7 minutes big deal well
when it happens at 01:49 AM server time that is a big deal.
So for anyone reading this thinking about using hostdime's services go ahead and give them a go I am sure you won't be disappointed.

I would recommend my host to anyone looking for reliaible hosting. I have rented a dedicated server from these guys for almost 11 months, and whenever I need help due to my inexperence, they are always there with a quick response.

Their support is incredible, they solved all our problems, they reply soon and AIM support is incredible too. Price is reliable. I would say that HostDime are the best hosting company we have ever delt with. Their Support Staff can only be described as fantastic, 24x7 we have been able to contact the NOC and get real answers to our questions and resolutions to problems.

Reasonable prices but its worth it because they hold true to 99.99% uptime. Unfortunately, support is lacking. Its easy to get in contact with the support team, its just that they are always confused.
