Verdict : Having used dozens of web hosting services over the years, I have finally found one that has exceeded all expectations.

Support is the best I have ever encountered, with a guaranteed 1 hour helpdesk response time. ( I have submitted 14 tickets for help in the last 12 months and every one of them was answered within 20 minutes!)

Pricing is an absolute steal. I have my websites monitored for downtime using WebCEO and have never been notified of any downtime I wasn't pre-warned about by the technical staff (Server upgrades etc)

If anyone can find better value for money I'll eat my hat!
