Verdict : If you want to be scammed, Host Affect is the service for you. I had only had my account with them for thirteen days before the servers went down for the next week. I am now in the middle of a dispute trying to get my money back from them. Avoid these people at all costs.

Verdict : I would greatly avoid using this host at all costs. The owner of the hosting service is known as "Timmah", and he has had a past of scamming many people through PayPal. His recent scam is selling yearly hosting, however, cutting the service off just months after ordering the service.
