One of my friends at school told me about HostedFX so i decided to give it a try and i loved it from the start Gareth the owner was so helpful and possibly went over what help i would expected really i just love hostedFX! |

Ugh. I put in a support ticket because GD (standard with their version of PHP) and AWstats were not working. Got "our datacentre is working on it." A week or so later, I check to see what's up... Gareth ("owner" - read, "reseller") has closed my support ticket even though it is unresolved. I reopen it and get the response, "I told you our datacentre is working on it." A couple more weeks pass, and nothing, so I check again- this time he has deleted my (unresolved) support ticket. I complained in the support forums, in the "customer testimonials" section, and that was deleted.
So here's my testimonial.... they suck. |
