Customer service/tech support is horrendous. They respond in English which is obviously not their first language. Also, and most disturbing, they do not offer a refund (even when you cancel due to their down time) but will turn you in to a credit bureau if you attempt a chargeback from your credit card company. Seriously. It's noted on their website. I think that must be illegal, or at least it ought to be. |
