Horrible.
When I first began hosting with this company a number of years ago, they were quite responsive. Fast forward to the last year or so.
I can't get these people to read a support ticket whatsoever. I asked them about fixing the SpamAssassin feature months ago and it still doesn't work. My dynamic IP has been blacklisted because of SPAM from the domain. Each time I have an issue, I've written using their support ticket. I currently have a submitted ticket from two days ago which has yet to be read. My Email is unavailable approximately twice a week.
Run, don't walk, to another web host. |
