They kept disabling my websites and kept telling me to upgrade.
I upgraded and the whole process started over again.
They said I was over utilizing server resources with standard Wordpress installs done by their Fantastico script and very little traffic. If their servers can't handle that, they can't handle anything. |

After writing our earlier review, we switched over to HostingZoom's "Clustered Failover Web Hosting" plan under the impression that our websites would never be down. But unfortunately it was disastrous.
Our websites were failing now and then. Recently it went down frequently [every other minute] and we were forced to switch over to some other Hosting Company. Inspite of our request to cancel only our Hosting Plan, the Billing people cancelled our Billing account itself which has got a Credit balance of $29.70.
Please do not be carried away by the Reviews [either positive or negative]. We signed up with one company which has got more than 150 positive reviews; but we had to leave them on the very second day itself due to their hidden charges.
One has to test the Services oneself. Every one would be good in some aspects; but not in all respects. |

Excellent Support and Uptime! We are with Hosting Zoom for more than 15 months. We choose them for hosting our multiple Websites after having some bitter experiences with few hosts. Their Online help is marvelous! Most of the Technical Support people are [Alex and Alexabder] are really knowledgeable. Technical issues get sorted out easily. Highly Recommended. Affordable. Includes a Dedicated IP Address for installing Private SSL. |
