My relationship with IllusionFx started out fine. The first year, support was about average. The second year, their support just disappeared. When I decided to transfer my domain and hosting, I was offered free bad services. I left them and am still getting invoices for services that they have not provided since last October.

Illusionfxnet has been powering DefinedMatter and a few of my other sites since it was both a free and paid webhost.
Now that they have made the transition to an all paid host, everything has just gotten better. Illusionfxnet's support is A+, they have a kind curteous support staff and an excellent response time (a few minutes for a reply to a ticket and less for a forum support request). The server's while have experienced minor MySQL outages recently, seem to be running at a top notch level again. Illusionfxnet is amazing. I recommend them to anyone looking for a budget shared webhost or an inexpensive reseller host to start up a small enterprise.
