the customer service is fast...and i mean FAST! you'll get a personal response sometimes within minutes of submitting a question.
best pricing for my needs, which isn't much. along with the service and reliability make this a win-win-win!
Integra-net has extremely fast customer support help via e-mail and support tickets
(I've gotten replies in 2 minutes!). They also have the best hosting prices I've found. I really like Integra-net.
I'm a full time independent PHP developer, and also a website publisher. I run tens of websites, and I've experienced quite a number of web hosting packages. Integra is beyond any doubt in top 2 for me - utterly reliable, fast, and for the superb price. I have contacted their support just twice - there were just no reasons to call for support, but in these two issues they responded blazing fast. I recommend Integra to my software clients, and I'm adsolutely confident.
I've used Integra-Net for over two years and it has been rock solid and dirt cheap. I'm paying $2.75/month which is about as cheap as it gets. Plenty of transfer and storage for basic needs. Speed is fine. C-panel works for me. I've never noticed any downtime. No complaints whatsoever. I've recommended Integra-Net to several friends.
I have nothing but praise for Integra-Net! Wonderfully thorough and responsive support. Up-time and reliability has been outstanding. I almost can't believe I'm getting service like this for such a low monthly cost. Honest to goodness customer service is a rare thing these days but Integra-Net knows how to do it right.
Integra-Net is just fabulous! They respond within 24 hours of any question/comment, are polite, respectful, and friendly, and their prices are unbeatable for the loads of space/bandwidth they offer! I am very satisfied with Integra-net. I have more than 50 websites and now use more than 10 hosts for them. Every single time I need another host, I come at this site and make my choice. I have always been happy.
What makes a difference between integra-net and the others are the price compare to the fact you have unlimited domains on one account and the reliability and support. The other popular host that offers this service is hostgator.
But I would say Integra-net is more flexible when you will need to change servers for SEO purpose. I have 3 accounts with them and they are all on different servers with different IPs. They had put 2 on the same server and I let them know that I want to have my accounts on different servers and IPs. This has been done in less than 24 hours.
I have tried to do the same with Hostgator and couldn't. They refer me to another specialized host they own that deal with these things, but a lot less cheaper. I could't afford it.
I give Integra-net 5 out 5 for all. I would give it more because of all the great services I am getting now.
I love integra-net. They just recently, for no apparent reason at all, upgraded everyones plans, which gave me something like 6 times more bandwidth, for free. ?? I was confused, but in a good way. I definitely recommend Integra-net.
Been with integra-net for 3 months now. No problems so far. Site loads quickly and reliably. Very fast and helpful support. Great pricing. I use it for a light duty personal webpage and would use integra-net for future web projects.

It's been 3 months since I am hosted with David's Integra-Net. My site never seems to go down, and David is quite helpful when I encounter any problems.
Before I hosted my site on Integra-Net, I scoured the web for the so-called best hosting company, but all those big guys doesn't seem promising enough although they give you a lot of incentives when you sign-up their plan. After a hard search on Google and web hosting review sites, I decided to go with Integra-Net (at first, I was a little skeptical at their low prices). But till now, I still didn't regret making that decision. David's Integra-Net is definitely the best host I have ever been with (yes, it's true). Trust me, you'll never go wrong with Integra-Net.
When I first signed on after a bad experience with my previous provider, I was given one-on-one support and assisted with setting up my guestbook and CGI. I have also noticed that they are rarely down. At $20 cheaper with better service, you can't beat it.
I have to say that I'm extremely please with the pricing, the services you offer, and the quality of your hosting. Both upload and download speeds are incredibly fast, and the features are standard but very well supported. Of course, I was a bit hesitant at first, but decide to give it a go anyway since the price is literally dirt cheap for multiple domains hosting. Now I know my money is well spent.
All and all, I think you guys do a darn fine job and keep up this great quality of service. Do NOT become another simplehost.com (it was a nightmare for me).
Great, Great, Great host. I've had some experience with other hosts in the past but this one is the best so far. Fast customer support and fast page loads. The only negative is that you don't get much space, even with the upper packages
I enjoy David's hosting! the price is superb and low downtime. I had a problem at first but it he responded to it after a week. nice job David! Keep it up
One of the ratings all web host providers should have is ease of cancellation of your account. For this particular company, I started to request on August 6th, via their Helep Desk, that I wished to cancel my accoount. I included in the Help Desk details, that my domain was now parked with my original registrar and that I ahd removed all my web site files.
I requested my account cancellation several more time and received obviously "canned" responses from their Help Desk In the mean time, I was just billed again for my monthly charge. I called their support number and received a tape message that David is out of town. Obviously, this web hoster is likely a one person operation. Based on my experience with this host service, I WOULD NEVER use a cheap service again. You pay for what you get and in this case, zero customer service.
The review for integra-net looks good and that made me pick them at 1st place but honestly most of the comments were NOT true as far as I have experienced. The customer service was very terrible, none of them knows what's going on if something is wrong. They only care about what you pay them. None of my simple questions were answered straight. I knew I shouldn't fell for those comments. It's a trap. I registered for a domain name and got the basic plan. I asked them why my domain is still not showing online for about a week and they couldn't answer it. They keep on avoiding the question or sometimes ignore it. The basic price is good but you will get the worst of what you paid for. Until now I still don't get my website online, my domain, and the simple answer to my question. I felt fooled and robbed.
Great host, haven't had any problems so far. I like their support, where you can talk to their support team on msn, but they aren't on 24/7 which would be better. I also like that you can host unlimited sites from the one account.
I appreciated that integra-net not only made phone support available, but also that they responded promptly and provided useful information. Dave assisted me with web hosting and transfer of my domain name registration. All my questions were answered accurately and intelligibly. Everything was up and running faster than promised. The price is reasonable, and the support and service make it an even better value.
I have had no problems with your service to date. whenever I check the site it is always up so that good. The features are very complete for the price of the package. I had one small issue with uploading files via FTP but it turned out to be my error so no biggie. I will renew my hosting plan when it expires if everything continues to go well. I've had fantastic experience with Integra-Net so far. I had to host 2 sites for some people, and I wasn't happy with my old host. After reading the reviews and looking at their prices I decided to give them a try. I'm really happy with the service, and I plan to move my own site over to them later this year.
I originally found Integra-net through this website, I sorted by # of reviews and then looked at the overall ratings. I have to say I've been very pleased with my choice.
There were some initial reservations as it seems to be a one man operation, those fears were unfounded as David is extremely prompt and helpful with any questions/support I had.
I chose them mainly for the Lite pricing plan, I knew I wasn't going to go over 3GB of traffic a month and they were the cheapest, also paying month-to-month leaves things flexible.
With concern to uptime, I visit my site a few times a week and it pops up without fail every time and I've received no word that say otherwise.

I switched to integra-net because I was having some real issues with iPowerweb. I had some suppport inquiries which never got answered, they just went into a black hole. I read good reviews on integra-net's support, and looked at the features and value for the money on their basic hosting packages, and found the combination to be unbeatable.
After transitioning my domains, I needed some setup support, and got prompt help from David, until the issue was resolved. Have not had a single problem since. I expect to stay with Integra for a long time. I just hope David does not sell his company to some larger corporation, as I think his personal attention and service is what sets Integra apart.

Before I registered, I'd asked a few things that I wanted to know about, regarding mysql databases, domain names etc.
Dave responded every time in maximum 2 hours ( even I wasn't a customer, yet ).
On registering the registration process was very fast, also ( less than 60 minutes .. )
For me - It's incredible a such way to care about ( possible ) customers.
I am very pleased with my decision to host with Integra-Net. The service has been exemplary, the price is right, and the customer support personal and rapid.
This host is run by a person in my home state of Massachusetts, a place where generally speaking you can still trust people (as opposed to where I live now, California, where you need to be on your toes with everyone). I love that integra-net is a no-nonsense, apparently one-man operation. There have been zero technical issues. I made two calls for help on things I did not understand and those calls were returned right away, with easy-to-understand suport that fully fixed my problems. In every respect this has been the opposite of my experience with globat.com, a company you should avoid like the plague. I recommend integra-net without reservation. I'm not sure if it costs a little more, but it's a no-brainer -- the peace of mind it brings is well worth it.
My first website was built at the middle of 90s. Since then, there were about 10 hosts. But I have never had so reliable and supportive hosting as the one provided by www.entegra-net.com

I'm from Europe (Belgium) and my website always loads fast, never been down since I signed up.
I've been with Integra-Net for 2 months and so far the service has been perfect. No problems with the access to the website (which i was having with the previous webhost), good access times and great support. Recommended!

I have had no problems with their service. The one question I asked was answered in about 36 hours (but I had already found an answer for myself). Overall, I am very satisfied.
Very good hosting company. The pricing isn't the best, but definatly the most realistic (ie, they don't give out 100GB or space and 1TB of bandwidth). The customer support is really good and has very fast response time. Definately recommend this host to anyone.

Never had problems with this great hosting provider.
Moved in mid August due to poor response time from our previous host, as well as email blacklisting. David was a great help in answering questions quickly (usually in less than an hour)and he handled transfering over all of our email and databases from the old server to his free of charge and very quickly.
I almost gave a 4 out of 5 on reliability due to the fact that sometimes ftp transfers stall out or drop unexpectedly, but I believe the problem may be on my end.
I would be glad to recommend Integra-net to others, and cannot stress enough how good it is to have responsible support.

Yes, I am satisfied. The host was down briefly, but a notice and explanation was sent out quickly, and the problem resolved. The host seems well intentioned and the service is good.
I have been nothing but pleased with Integra-Net hosting services. I was looking for a cheap, inexpensive way to host my own private site. The set up fee was small, the monthly charge is rediculously small, and it offers all of the services I wanted (PHP, MySQL, etc.) Many control panel tools allow you to track every single bit of statistics that I would ever want to know about my site.
The customer support is superb. I actually had a problem initially, I sent an email and it was cleared that day. No problem.
Integra-Net has provided excellent customer service at very reasonable rates and have always responded quickly to any inquiries I have had. They are a good option for start up or small businesses.
Compared to other hosts, the prices are a bit steep, and don't boast as much features as one would expect. However, the reliability is very good and support, although takes time to respond, is decent. I'll be trying another webhost in a few days for a reseller
