InteractiveOnline is an excellent webhosting service provider. As a researcher and webprogrammer I’ve come across many hosting services for various pilot and many client projects. The nature of research and pilot projects requires a lot of flexibility for the client/user – but also requires a flexible and knowledgeable support team. I’ve found in interactiveOnline an extremely responsive and reliable provider, who helps out beyond “standard” support tasks to get tricky applications working. All this for pretty affordable price that helps projects on a small budget.
I've been using InteractiveOnline for a short period of time but wanted to share my opinion on their services. My account was instantly activated and support responses are highly professional and received within 5-10 minutes. I like the features of the hosting plan and haven’t seen any downtime or slowness of my website. I hope their services continues like this. My first impression makes me think they are a serious professional web host.
I'm very pleased with the response and service of Interactive Online.
David Tanguay immediately responded to the Live help request and processed my request w/ in the hour as well as responded to my follow up questions (which was numerous). I will certainly not hesitate to handle issues via email with them in the future and would recommend them to friends and associates.
Due to Massive problems with my previous host, I did my homework and research for a new host, Due to everyones very positive remarks / comments about Interactive Online Web Hosting, I chose them.
I started moving some of my sites to their \"New Home\" that went very smoothly, except one site that would not pull up.
I sent a support ticket, and ( I double checked) within 6 minutes, I had my first reply, and within 20 minutes the site was running like a \"Greased Whippet\" !!
And, it was not a simple solution, it turned out to be my .htaccess file was causing the problem, and to get the site working Interactive Online had to change some Php settings to work with my .htaccess.
The fact that Dave and the Admin(s) managed to pinpoint this problem, and solve it within 20 minutes means they are Not just reading from a \" Troubleshooting for Dummies\" manual, but that they actually know what they are doing, and an extra bonus is the correspondence was clear, to the point English.
Without hesitation, I give Interactive Online Web Hosting a 10/10 with a Gold Star.
I am of user of Interactive Online's free web hosting. I have to say, I like this hosting. It's fast speed, guaranteed uptime, and good supprt service. very nice!
I just switched from doteasy.com hosting and man what a difference!
Support is FAST! within hours for a response(doteasy had 24-48 hour waits) Features are ten times better with cpanel opposed to my previous hosting with doteasy. So far with my experiences being limited it has been GREAT! I look forward to working with them on my future needs. Also I had planned on moving my site over manually by myself, but they have that covered too! I just logged into their secure support section and sent them my old host login info and they took care of everything. Bar none the best hosting provider I have ever used! Highly recommended!
I'm very new to web design so needless to say, I've run into a few bumps along the way getting everything up and running. The customer support at InteractiveOnline has been fantastic! I've gotten many responses within minutes of submitting a question, not hours or days like other company's customer service. The monthly service cost is also remarkably inexpensive! I would recommend InteractiveOnline to anybody.
Server is unreliable. It goes off line at least once per day.
No websites or email can be accessed. No live person is ever on line.
The phone always gets an anaswering machine with never a callback.
If you have a busy website site, they disable your domain claiming some bogus excuse. The server is overloaded probably causing frequent crashes. You don't need the aggravation so do yourself a favor and look elswhere.
I have using InteractiveOnline.net for about 5 years or more and have always been very satisfied with their service. Their uptime is outstanding as is their customer support with unusually fast response to all questions. Extremely knowledgable staff. Top notch and great prices.
