I can't say enough about the quality of the personalised support offered by this host. If you had a buggy script on most hosts they would shut you down or force the removal of the script... These guys would rather help you get it working so that everybody wins!
An excellent service along with an excellent price. Very good support, and they offer so much more than what the average vendor offers, including cron support, php gd library, perl, multiple databases, subdomains and much more.. :D
After getting dropped by BinaryBlocks because of their financial problems, I swung over to Ithium after talking with some other webmasters -- it's been great. I pay 100 bucks a year for more space then I'd get on a 30 dollar a month plan. The response time is fantastic, the server runs smoothly -- any issues I have can also be answered through their user forums. Ithium.net has given me lots of good support and contact over the year or so I've used them; I've since switched all of my design sites to their service. I highly recommend them:)
I came across this webhost whilst browsing CodingForums, and all I can say this company is great. Although the web site is not fully launched (under construction at the moment) they have already around 1500 members.
Pricing is just fantastic, I'm on the $10 account and it has never been offline. Also hosting for non-profit websites is free, a bunch of great features are included. Very reliable.
Emails are replied to within a day, there is a forum run by members but it is not vert active maybe it will be when it is fully completed.
