I had my website hosted through t3link and it emerged to jdlink, since then it has been nightmares, i could not get any responce from then through phone, email, online and ticket support. Ive been wanting to transfer my domain to a diferent hosting company but it seems that this company has my domain registered through them and i cant transfer it without them releasing my domain, so im basically screwed on my website since its down, untill i get ahold of someone that will help me release my domain to me. If anyone has an answer on what i can do, please help me. THANK YOU!!

Absolutely worst web host on the net. They do not respond to calls and as someone else stated they vanished without a trace. Alos all of their web servers have been compromised for many months now. I will have my credit card company issue a chargeback as I feel that is my only hope now.
This company's service is the worst of the worst. The service goes down and they are unreachable. We cannot contact them to get a refund or to have lost email transferred. Don't use them!!!
Our site stays down. Unable to contact JDLink. When you call either the Sales or Support numbers all you get is the message that all mailboxes are full. If you place a trouble ticket online they don't respond. Non-existant support. Do yourself a favor, don't entertain this company as a choice of hosting your site.
Our web site went down last week. There has been no response to numerous telephone messages and e-mails to their support department. Needless to say, we have since moved our site to a new host.
Avoid them like the plague! I have been with these guys for 3 years (when it was Webhostingetc.net) and was then told that the service was changing. Since the change over there have been nothing but problems, headaches and a service that is constantly on the fritz! There's seems to be nothing wrong with their automated billing service as I have just received a bill for my next quarter. No one answers support tickets, there is no one on the other end of the phone when you try to call... These people need to stop trading as a company immediately and give us our money back for the complete lack of service they seem to be providing!
Been with them over 3 years and now they are gone without a trace or any forewarning. This is ridiculous!! How do we get our money back and keep them from charging us for service that they no longer provide?
Had the same problem. Nothing is working in terms of the administration of my host. Cannot submit any type of support questions. If you go to their website (www.jdlinkllc.com) you get a MySQL error as the home page. Very bad.
