New-Zealand-based company, though servers are in the US. Joined this host after major problems with easyspace. Only two problems encountered in 2 years: (1) when I first joined they sent me an automatically generated email that contained my full CC details, and (2) their failure to generate an invoice for a service renewal, which resulted in some website down time. Otherwise the service has been faultless. Other recommended host is U2-web; but stay well clear of Openhost (another New Zealand company) and Easyspace (UK company). |
