Avoid mosso like the plague. The sales pitch of cheap clustered hosting sounds good, until your sites all go down for 6 hours at a time, ruining your day/weekend and possibly your business or career. Their support is good, but they are extremely small and their infrastructure is simply unstable. To see for yourself, check their status blog (http://status.mosso.com/) and pay attention to the frequency and length of serious problems. Their forums are full of angry customers who are bailing right and left, for good reason. You get what you pay for, and at mosso that isn't much. |

Mosso started off with great promise. A Rackspace supported company with zero downtime in 4 years.
This is NOT the case. This week customers experienced downtime of over 48 hours continuously.
Great idea in theory, the reality is a lot different.. |

fast, great price, good service, reliable. Not much else to say. I wish they supposed pdo-mysql and ssh access though. |
