Support for premium software packages and development tools starting on the least expensive hosting package. Customer service that is second to none and that responds promptly and knowledgeably at all hours of the day and night. And, uptime/performance that outpaces other service providers. In addition, the interworx control panel, site backups that are readily available and ssh access. I simply could not be more impressed with nexcess.net |

I have a dedicated server with Nexcess. I've never had a problem with them. Customer service is excellent. They get email me back within a few minutes. There’s a toll-free number and there’s always someone to answer the phone. True US-based customer service, not a call center in India. Greg and Paul have been especially helpful. They even helped me install a security certificate (which I had no idea how to install). I think it’s a small company, but they kick ass. I highly recommend Nexcess. |
