Verdict : I've used Onefusion.com for about 2 years. For the first year, customer service was great but has deteriorated to nothing as of now. At first the my sites were up 97% of the time but as time went on more and more down time and less and less customer service..while still billing me. The last 3 months (July, Aug, sept,)have been the worst,. No communication at all...invalid license certificate messages when trying to enter control panel...this happened 4 or 5 times. They would fix the problem only for a few weeks then back to the same old same old and no emails from them and no reply's to my emails. This is not a US based company, I believe they are out of Singapore...so forget calling and getting english speaking people on the phone..not to mention the long distance charges. I was very happy as a customer at first...but now its time to move on.
I would say do not use ONEfusion.com 9-22-04
