I purchased hosting with OxyUK Technologies a few months ago for a friends website http://www.hufc4u.com
I was looking for an affordable deal with a large bandwith and space. I came accross Oxy who offer packages starting from 99p per month upward and also have special offers. I purchased my friends hosting and a domain name which cost me around £90 for a year with a domain. I recieved a large amount of bandwith and space for my money, which will allow my friend to run his videos and pictures without problem or having to delete them. For £90 for 12 month else where I would of been paying the same price but for half the bandwith, hand the space, no extras and less stuff than OXY offered me. My account and domain was activated and the hosting was processed and ready within 24 hours.
One thing I really like was OXY's flash tutorial on how to use the cpanel or how to upload or other topics. The reason I liked this was because my friend who was making the website, had never used a proper host or cpanel. I knew a little bit but we live a distance apart, so we were unable to go round each others houses, so any help i had to try explain via emails but with Oxy's tutorial help, i was able to say look at that and now he is flying on cpanel and understands it better than me. Oxy tutorial has taught my friend and now I am learning from him.
They even offer a online tutor/training course over the internet via messenging for a small fee. The training gives you all the help and undestanding over the internet just like if someone was sat next to you walking you through.
All the servers are well managed and secure. Not forgetting very reliable. The features are brilliant for the price your paying. Features include shops, forums/message boards, scripts, chat rooms, galleries and the list goes on. Support is excellent, they offer 24 hours support, 7 days a week via email, phone or over messenger.
I have not experienced any downtime or problems with their servers and had no problems with the hosting. The customer service also contact you every so often to make sure everything is ok and that you are happy with the service and hosting. They have the customer needs as their number 1 priority.
