If your business relies on Internet, Website and Emails - I strongly suggest you these company. Every time I call or send an email to them - I receive fast and individual respond, not like a standard email template like most other companies use.
I am an engineer and use mostly using emails to receive big files.
I am quite new to this, so maybe my option will change, but I have to mention that the customer support I have received from this provider has been top class. Not to mention the tutorials and help files that are on the site to help people like me who are novices in web site creation.
I was attracted to this company mainly by the budget price, and I half expected to 'get what I pay for', but I could not have been more wrong. I have another domain with a different company who charged me twice as much for the domain name alone without hosting! And their customer support was non-existent.
So this provider gets my top marks! I will definitely use them again for future sites.
I've been a hosting client with PS Europe for 5 month now and very satisfied with their "Value hosting" plan. I use it manly for e-mail communication and as file storage when i need to exchange something with my friends.
Best thing is they offer a free domain name registration .com, .net, .org, .us, .biz, .info, .name, .co.uk, .org.uk
Customer support: They are always available on "Live Chat Support" and do answer all my question in a very short period of time.
Value of money: To get free domain name and hosting for £0.99 per month - that is my dream.
