I was with Polurnet for six years. My needs are modest and Polurnet met them with reliability that was perfectly adequate.
My only problem with them was their billing department, which is inflexible and unresponsive. I prefer not to give Polurnet my credit card number, so I pay by check. They will not accept a check before they send their invoice, and the due date on the invoice is one week later. That's not enough time, especially if you are out of town. They will send the invoice early if you notify them by email, but the due date will still be one week after the invoice. You can then send a second email, explaining that you are really early, so "please don't shut off my service." That's a pain, but moving hosting companies is a bigger pain.
This year I expected to be overseas when the bill came due, so I sent them an email requesting the early invoice. No answer. So I sent a second email. Still no answer. So I moved my hosting to a new company before going overseas. When the invoice came, I asked them to cancel my service.
For all this they claim I owe them $6.99 for failing to cancel in due time. They claim I never sent them the emails (I've double checked). Polurnet says "you have a serious vendetta against us." For $6.99. After spending hundreds with them over the years.
My suggestion: Google "web hosting reviews" and look for a hosting company with lots of recent positive reviews. There are plenty out there.

You did not send the email you claimed sent us. We showed you incontrovertible proof of the tickets we have on record, and not in any email did you ever mention you wanted more time to send us a check. All we ask you is to email OR call OR chat with us. You didn\'t do any of the above, and then blame us for it.
You even admitted in your review that you failed to contact us due to your laziness. Certainly then, you are being dishonest by posting a negative review when it was your own fault for not speaking with us. Would sending us one email really hurt?
I am very pleased with PolurNET's web hosting services. I recommend PolurNET to my clients. Their customer service and help has been exceptional, the few times I have needed to contact them... mostly for things I had goofed up.
I was with PN for over a year and while they started-out ok, their performance has been steadily going downhill ever since I joined. I just canceled and at the time, loading my simple html site took ~3 sec and clicking anything in their cPanel resulted in at least a 5 sec delay. Sure, they're a bit cheaper than most plans but the performance is really, really bad.
While their customer service is ok, the operation as a whole is just plain shoddy. I was setup for automatic payment thru paypal but every month I'd get a late notice threatening to cancel my service the day AFTER my PayPal payment had posted. Sure, it could be bank timing etc, but WTF couldn't they fix it?
So, either all of these glowing reviews are BS or I'm the only one with problems... hmmm, I wonder what's more likely.
I have repeatedly had problems with this hosting company. The package I purchased was an economy package, however that's no excuse for the ridiculous problems I've experienced.
First, their billing system was primitive and relied on PayPal. I updated bank accounts with PayPal, and the new account was not used by PayPal for unknown reasons when Polurnet tried to bill it. So they shut off my access, sent me rude snotty letters, and when I tried to go online in the middle of the day to straighten it out, their "live" service that they promote all over their site, was "offline".
Then they refused to set up another PayPal automatic billing, forcing me to manually go online each month to pay it. Then when they came out last month with another option: recurring credit card payments!!!! (wow high tech!!!) They screwed that up telling me I had not paid my account even though the charge had already gone through my bank.
The final straw was that suddenly my webpage and email accounts stopped working, and I went online to find out why (this was RIGHT after the credit card issue), and was told that my domain name registration had expired, although when I looked at my domains page, it said "terminated" and when I clicked on it, it said the registration was good until November 2010.
Nevertheless, there was an option page to renew it, so I clicked on THAT, which took me to a PayPal page showing the same information plus a "Renew Domain" button. I clicked it. Nothing happened.
So again I contacted their customer service by email because again their "live chat" was offline, and two days later received a snotty email chastising me for thinking the renewal was THEIR issue, and chastising me for expecting them to do anything about it, and for expecting someone to be on their "live chat" at ten o'clock at night (there are no indications anywhere on the site what their hours are).
In all of that mouthing off to me, their rep Brian S. offered nothing to address my questions about why his site was showing the domain terminated yet good until 11/2010, or any way to fix it, and he closed the ticket. I responded with page links re-opened the ticket, which was ignored and then they have shut off access to my account so that I can not log in.
They claim to be rated number one by your organization. My repeated experiences are that they are anything but #1, anything but professional in their demeanor, and in fact operate like they are too good for everyone, so they are in fact too good for me, and I'm moving my hosting to another hosting company where, for the same price, I am treated like a paying customer instead of talked down to, and get unlimited bandwidth and smoother operation with the billing.
I have a reseller account with Polurnet. Pricing is excellent and almost everything was ok for the last couple o years (except for one time that happened the same thing), but I had a bad experience recently. I had intermittent downs like for 3 straight days, obviuosly my customers began to complain like crazy, so I did the same to Polurnet. Besides I lost all the email accounts on my last hosting account created, causing me problems with my customer, of course.
An angry support member answered to me saying that it was a maintenance period that they have announced in their forums, and I should be aware of this (no email acknowledging this to their costumers, I should've enter the forum from time to time, i guess?).
This member also says that I have mistreated them and made wrongful accusations because I complained energically for this matter. And guess what, they have put my account ON PROBATION FOR 90 DAYS where I should not have any other infraction to their terms & conditions (when I did this?) BTW, no notice about the missing email accounts, they just have gone (had to re-create them), and the stressed support member also told me that this support ticket is closed and if I wanted to complain about the emails I had to open another. I've been loyal customer to Polurnet for more than 2 years, and also recommended it to various friends related to my bussiness as well (Designers, developers) but never expected something like this. I think they should check their recent support staff, cause always had kind attention, but for this guy I'm gonna evaluate a change to another provider. Beware.
in recent weeks, i have dealings with other webhosts who shall remain nameless. a number of my clients that are hosted by a very well-regarded webhost company have been affected by the wordpress database worm. others' got hijacked for unknown nefarious purposes.
one of my clients hired me to set-up a membership only wordpress site on his server with a smaller webhost i had never heard of. i have NEVER in my life dealt with a more screwy server. wordpress would install in some folder names but not others - the same wordpress theme would run great in the root but crash in /blog folder. a 2 day job became a horrific 8 day install of wordpress. can you imagine?
so this is my love letter to polurnet. i am grateful everyday i chose them as my webhost. their tech support people are courteous and prompt and informative. unlike the tech support for the aforementioned webhosts, polurnet techs have NEVER left me hanging without a solution. their prices are reasonable. the servers are well-maintained. i rarely have outages. i am confident in server security. i can't ask for more than that.
Hosting companies are everywhere and many are dirt cheap (too good to be true?), but I'd rather pay a couple more dollars a month for good service. While I could work with css and xhtml, I used programmers for the technical stuff. When I took over the responsibility for finding a new host company and uploading the sites myself a year ago, I needed help and the Polurnet guys were very patient. Recently, one of my sites got hacked and I hadn't backed it for a few weeks. Neither of my regular programmers was available and I was in a panic! The Polurnet guys replaced the corrupted files from THEIR backup and fixed my site for me and didn't charge a penny. Also, I've seen no down time and their server is plenty fast. My advice: Backup your websites at least once a week and choose Polurnet for your website hosting.
I was reluctant to join PolurNET 2 years ago since their website didn't look polished like some big names in the industry. Now, I am happy that I made the correct choice. Great customer support, individually solved my problems and requests. At polurNET, you are not just a database entry in the customer base. They well know and respect their clients. What I basically needed for my blog network was unlimited add-on domains, high number of databases, high bandwidth, flexibility in server settings and reasonable downtimes. I didn't need much hard disk space since I host media separately at services like Photobucket. They have provided what I needed very well. In conclusion, I would recommend PolurNET to any webmaster who needs to develop his/her online business without serious troubles.
This is the third website hosting I've had in the past ten years. They are far and away the best. I've gotten very quick and very good response on the few occasions I've needed support. The features provided are excellent and the prices competitive. I would choose PolurNet again both for the church website I manage and for my personal site. Like the movie reviewers say, "Two thumbs, way up."

as a blogger, i swtched to polurnet after my previous host had a 5 day outage.
as a designer, i host some of my clients on my "server" or i deal with their already established web hosting packages. in the last 10 yrs i have dealt with many web hosting services (Interland, Cyan Global, AN Hosting/Midphase, MacHighway, GoDaddy to name a few.)
polurnet tops them all.
Customer service: Tech support is professional, diligent and committed. They answer my stupid questions and attend to my panic with the same calm professionalism. After a year with Polurnet, I KNOW that if i sent in a trouble ticket and i haven't heard back from a guy its cause they are still working on the problem.
Price: Not once in the last year have I been denied service because the server was busy. NOT ONCE. my design blog has a daily traffic of 250-500 visitors but if we get picked up by MacSurfer, traffic has ballooned to 7-10,000 in one day. NOT ONCE have i seen a "server busy " message. other companies may be a little cheaper but they pack their servers with account and restrict domains to 50 visitors at a time to maintain bandwidth integrity. is that dollar discount really worth that?
Ease of use: polurnet updates all their software on a regular basis so fantastico is usually up-to-date, and their security is as good as it gets. they offer both shared and reseller accounts. the reseller account has a webhhost manager that is so much simpler than the last company i was with.

(to anyone complaining about delays in answering to support request, i say, "hey, they have to research the problem", and i suggest that anyone having any sort of tech issue provide any relevant information after doing your own troubleshooting due diligence.)

My experience with Polurnet is superb . The equipment is reliable and fast and the support they provide is knowledgable, answers are returned quickly. You can tell that they are trying to resolve any question you have by their approach- friendly and courteous, they do not brush you off with condescending answers.
Control panel is modern and there are all the extras that you need.
Pricing is not the lowest but it is competitive and I have scored it at a 5.0 because they have maintained the proper tradeoff between number of users on a server to achieve reliability and speed and still maintained a fair price. I left my last host who advertized unlimited diskspace unlimited bandwidth for $6.95 a month. Problem was that the host had so many users sharing that I and others got bounced off every now and again without warning. Of couse the 99.99% uptime claim did not take into account these interruptions.
Polurnet.com has my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a satisfying hosting experience.
I have nothing but good things to say about these people. After going through at least half a dozen hosts in just a couple of weeks, PolurNET blew me out of the water. They are affordable, dependable, have great software. Transfering was easy. I had an issue recently where I was charged twice for the same month. I submitted a ticket and the money was refunded to my PayPal account with in a day or two. The support was prompt, curteous, and it was a REAL person. I haven't noticed any down time. Their selection of packages is awsome. I don't know what else to say. If you're not getting hosting from them, you are seriously being ripped off!
My experience of Polurnet has been nothing but good.
Firstly when I failed to perform whilst transferring my domain names they very promptly identified the problem, me, and advised me - politely and for free.
My next problem was with my debit-card provider, I had money but could'nt use the card due to their error so could'nt pay my second invoices. I emailed Polurnet and they gave me an extension, politely and with some tolerance.
I have never had a moments trouble from them as providers and they do exactly what it says on the tin.
I wholeheartedly recommend Polurnet to any and all but especially to those undertaking web-wizardry for the first time.

What is there to say that hasn't been said about this company in past reviews? The service has been excellent, always willing to help me with problems ranging from batch file execution to c-records. I don't think my site ever went down the whole time I was with the company, or if it did I never noticed.
Their prices are reasonable and honestly you get what you pay for: guaranteed support within a few hours of an email 24/7, great online technical support, and a useable amount of server space. They always update all their programs to the newest version, like Cpanel, fantastico, MySQL, Apache etc. Lets face it, anybody who runs a serious website knows you need to have good support on the web side of things, otherwise it just doesn't work. The bottom line is that this company sets itself far above the other webhosting yahoos and yokels that shouldn't be allowed to turn on a computer let alone have the ability to rip people off with their subpar service and support.
I switched to PolurNET about a year and a half ago (when my previous host absconded without warning), and I have been favorably impressed with them since day one. Their customer service is amazing ñ weekends, holidays, odd hours ñ they always respond. Their professionalism is excellent too. Shortly after I joined they had to move a bunch of us to a new server, and their level of communication throughout the process was exemplary. While there was a (very) small bit of downtime due to complications with the server move (remember Carboxyl, anyone?), I havenít had ANY problems with downtime since.
Their pricing is great, and I appreciate the monthly payment options. I am a 100%-happy customer of PolurNET, and Iíve recommended them to my friends.
This is, without doubt, the best hosting provider I have ever used. The service is very reliable and they have some really great, lower-tiered, low-priced packages that fit my needs.
Considering the amount of MySQL databases and domains I can use for the price I'm paying, it's an amazing deal and again, the best part is the reliability. I have 3 sites hosted with them and only 1 have I ever found down and it was fixed immediately.

I have being hosting with POLURNET for about a year now, and I must tell you, that these guys - especially Anand - are professional, and if you consider having an oscommerce website; this is the place to host.

No slow servers, the website is always online and running fast.
They are good, host with them if your other hosting is giving you a hard time. Or if you are starting now, even better; you won't even know what "hosting problems" mean.
I have come across Polurnet through Namepros.com and must say that I have never had any problems with Polurnet. Quite the opposite really. They have always tried to solve occasional problems in a matter of hours even though I am living Europe and they are based in North America.
The reliability has been excellent and customer support outstanding.
The pricing is always as low as you can get it anywhere. And they even provide you with coupons when you ask for them. :-)
All in all have been so happy with Polurnet over the last 2 years that I am not thinking about going anywhere else.
PolurNET has very good hosting capabilities, but I have one comment regarding the features that be given by its plans. The size of disk space is very limited (from 150 - 500 MB) comparing with other hosts. I think it should be GB instead of MB!! If they increase the disk space, the PolourNET will become the best choice for a lot of people.

Best hoster I have ever seen , their servers are very fast , realible and cool support.
I had some issues about slowness due to servers are located in US , but they did move my site to UK servers with cutting price from my current month payment :) .
Now my site is very fast , when I went to holiday in UK I got 80ms tracert in all location which is cool to see my website running fast.
Overall Polurnet has been a great hosting experience for me. I began with a reseller package and eventually out grew them and moved onto a VPS solution.
My experience with VPS' had been limited beforehand but Polurnet's friendly support helped me out whenever I ran into problems.
I will be continuing to use Polurnet in hosting my various sites.
Currently I host 2 sites at Polurnet on one of the generous but inexpensive plans.
The service is excellent and The plan I use is about $60 per year. I've had questions that were answered and fixed within minutes, and complex problems worked on by the hosting admins personally resolved in only a couple days. They have live chat to help if you get stuck. and they seem to be available almost all the time.
They have great plans and lots of server features.I've not experienced any downtime, and I highly recommend this host.
I was hosted with polurnet for around 11-12 months. Their customer service was excellent the best ive ever had with a host. Their problems were their servers they seemed to be upgraded/maintained all the time - i would say my site was online around 80-90% of the time, which is the only reason i left.
I was hosted with them around 12 months ago and so things may have improved since then.

I gave it a 4 because I'm impatient, I want a response right now. They were right on it, took them just a little under a few hours.
Pricing: Can't beat it.
Reliablitity: We encountered a few ftp issues now and then and we remember one morning our website was down for a few hours. It's not 100% - but, none of them are. We know from previous tech support "chats" .. these guys are really trying to stay on top of the ball game.
I've switched to PolurNET after my 3 bad experiences with different other hosts, I switched after reading the reviews of the users here. It was the best thing I've ever done. They're so reliable, I know they may not offer a lot of space like other hosts, but what's the use of having like, 3785683746GBs a month but the price is LONG down-times? Their support team are more than great, I even asked them to change the bill due-time and they did without any extra charge. I will never ever switch from PolurNET. It is the best host ever. I LOVE THEM!

I had to wait a year before writing my review of PolurNET to see if there would be any change in the quality of their service. Well, I must say they have greatly exceeded my expectations, and have sustained the quality of their service and customer support all this time. Email response to inquiries has been very fast (even during holidays!), and I've never noticed their servers going down, unlike other hosting services I've used over the years (including one run by the by one of the biggest portals), and the PolurNET servers always feel fast serving up both conventional web pages, and database driven pages. I chose PolurNET based on reviews on webhostingjury, and am very glad I did (and not on magazine ads). I strongly recommend PolurNET.
I've being working with web companies wince 1998 and I must say that this is the best one ever. I was running away of a couple of hosting companies that started with good service but as soon as my site grew they were unresponsive with their overselled servers and pointed me as a server abuser. Then I found Polurnet... oh! what a difference. They have manage to keep my site running smoothly even when it has grown 5 times bigger than it was with the previous hosts and I must say: always with excellent service and response times.
I am a .mac user, but before I started doing that, I bought webspace from PolurNET. Things have worked out great... they worked hard to get all my stuff up on .mac via forwarding, and I must have asked about 5 questions and for an equal amount of requests (i.e., can you do this for me, can you do that?) and I got great help with each request. I couldn't be happier with their program.
Stable, reliable service at a great price. Very professional and honest. Their plans' capacity might not be amazingly huge, but it's reasonable and fair. Would recommend further, I think I finally found a hosting service I'll keep for a very very long time!
My experience using PolurNET for over 2 years has been phenomenal to say the least. Servers are always fast, issues are resolved promptly and pricing is perfect. Sure, many other hosts may offer huge amounts of space or bandwidth, but they have such a high turnover rate that it's useless to go for cheapness when reliability is important. PolurNET's staff not only make sure questions are answered and explained fully, but also maintain a friendly atmosphere throughout. I just wish every company I've deal with on a daily basis are as quick and professional as they are, alas many don't come even close... however, at least I know that my website hosting is secured for years to come!
I am extremely happy PolurNET customer for more than 9 months+. I switched from Hostgator, and have never looked back since... not only do I get helpful and friendly replies to my questions, but also the features and pricing are awesome here at polurnet. I run an online retail store and tried several hosts who claimed to be the best in several categories. After my fourth attempt over 2 years I came across PolurNET. Not only was the initial impact tremendous as far as speed goes, I was not getting the common problems received with Windows Platform hosts. More often than not previous hosts would continually have issues when the Application Pool became flooded, or if the server was overloaded things would almost come to a halt.
As with each time I switched hosts there were some initial bugs to work out. The technical support team deserves kudos for their neverending quest to satisfy the customer. Each ticket was responded to in a timely manner which was so quick I was amazed. The support is terrific.
The only fault I could find was the limited bandwidth. Although it's not that bad from previous hosts I find it at the low end. I'm currently on the highest package available for a Windows Platform and need to pay extra each month for a few extra MB's of bandwidth. I'd personally like to see this bumped up anothe 10-15MB's for the top package.
Great work guys and gals! I can honestly say I have been one happy Canadian customer. I would highly recommend PolurNET to any people not happy with their current host.

If I could rate PolurNET even higher than a 5, I would. We have had numerous web hosts over the years...some were absolutely pitiful in customer service, others too expensive. I came to webhostjury.com nearly 2 years ago looking to switch, yet again. After reading so many positive reviews about PolurNET, we made the choice to go with them. I've never regretted that decision, and will never switch. To say their customer service (which is, to me, the real litmus test in web hosts) is good is a huge understatement. Any problems I've encountered have been handled fast and efficiently..and they have even gone above and beyond helping with a programming problem that was, imo, out of the scope of what a web host should do. I would recommend them without hesitation. An absolute A+ in my book.

After browsing all the hosts available on the jury, PolurNET seemed to have the best prices for the best services. I'm not disappointed with my choice yet, and don't think I will be.
I have been a proud PolurNET customer for over 2 years now (my hosting renewal just came up) and the staff clearly deserve the credit they've received here and elsewhere for superb service. In fact, I was so satisfied with this host, our business now has a number of dedicated servers and different hosting accounts with PolurNET, and everything continues to be smooth. For any help or issues we have, I can count on their willingness to go the extra mile just to ensure we're happy. I have no doubt that no host can match their competitive pricing and features, thus it is in my opinion that one cannot go wrong with a host with the experience, reliability and quality PolurNET still offers.
I've been with these awesome folks for over 1 year. I used dozens of hosts in the past 3 years (including blurstorm, site5, midphase, hostgator to name a few), and honestly speaking, NOTHING comes as near goodness as this one, PolurNET. They have been fabulous, guiding me to transfer my domains (through their subsidiary RapidName), copying my site files WITHOUT any downtime, and even providing documentation to get started (their community forums are very useful too). Overall, I have no complaints, and I even referred a few of my co-workers to use them as well.
I love PolurNET's ease of use, they make a webhosting experience something you'd love to pay for. All my questions are answered quickly and promptly, and the services have been excellent -- not a single downtime in 6 months! After suffering through the disintegration of my web and mail hosting provider, I limped to PolurNET. I've been incredibly pleased with the speed of their tech support and except for one billing problem, they've been an absolute dream to deal with. Very quick tech support and a great variety of open source software make this a very easy service to use.
A 3rd party monitoring service I use has shown 100% uptime since I began using it 5 months ago.
I signed up in March 2007 and encountered a billing problem using PayPal subscription. During March, PolurNet was hacked and the PayPal subscription was spoofed so that payments were sent to a fraudulant "company". I am out one payment of $7.15. PayPal rejected my dispute and PolurNet continued to invoiced me for the first payment. The PayPal subscription process starts from the web host (PolurNet) so I had no reason to suspect the validity of the transaction. I re-subscribed my PayPal account, starting from the PolurNet billing site. If I am defrauded again, I will be moving my web site.
I just transferred from ODWEB.COM (stay away from ODWEB. They are terrible). There were a few glitches here and there (because of odweb.com), but Anand from PolurNet did a great job in helping me make the transition. Thanks again Anand for your patience and great support. Would recommend this host for anyone. I think in this day and age, everybody can provide pretty much the same equipments, technology and prices. What sets you apart and earn customer business is the customer support and PolurNET support has been top notch.

The servers are smooth, and they're always on top of things, constantly updating the forums, answering any questions and making sure I'm happy. Nothing short of fabulous! Polurnet is definitely the host to beat, as can be shown by this directory. I was referred to polurnet from webhostingjury myself more than 7 months ago, and have been happily
with them ever since. I never experienced any downtime, and any questions on control panel usage or biling were quickly answered within minutes. Discussion forums are especially useful to browse for FAQs as well as their video tutorials. If you are re looking for the best you can get from a webhost for a superb price, you will find the place right here. They deserve all kudos they get!
During the six years I've been creating and maintaining websites, I've use about seven different hosting companies - from expensive premium to discount hosts. None of them have matched the quality of service I've received from Polurnet.
I've been maintaining two reseller accounts with Polurnet for over a year now. Their reliability has been in stark contrast to several of the hosts I've tried. But most importantly the support has been extraordinary. I come out looking real good to clients hosting on my reseller accounts, because I'm able to respond to their questions so quickly. I wouldn't be able to do that if the guys at Polurnet weren't so efficient in their support. Most of the time I get a response to my questions within an hour.
The support people are friendly, knowledgeble, respectful and eager to solve any problems I run into. And they're willing to go the extra mile to make my job easier, including transferring sites from other hosts for new accounts. The good people at Polurnet are careful to let us know when there might be issues with their service, for example when sites are being migrated to new servers.
I feel Polurnet has an unbeatable combination of reliability, reasonable prices, and great support. When people ask me to recommend a hosting company, I send them to Polurnet.
I am a proud PolurNet customer for many months and have had an amazing experience thus far. They are always attentive to my needs and quickly respond to any sales/support/billing questions I had. Furthermore they put a LOT of effort in making sure your individual needs are respected, as if you\'re their only customer. Even on New Year\'s day or Christmas, you can rest assured they work extra hours to answer tickets promptly and surprisingly with clear information about a solution. It is pretty easy to put up a site and claim to provide low cost webhosting and great customer service. Its another to actually deliver it. I have been using PolurNET for my hosting for the past three months and I have to say that they have exceeded my expectations. In those three months, I have submitted questions that were quickly answered. Ive contacted them due to multiple concerns I have had and they have responded in a very timely matter.

Well I really only have one things to say about polurnet and that is Awesome. It is no secret that there are 10000 host to choose from that all have similar services, uptimes ect... but the customer service is what sets them all apart.

there\'s no doubt that my decision to pick PolurNET after a rather long and tedious search around 4 months ago for a reliable host, finally paid off...handsomely at that! they really know about everything, and always available to help you on technical issues and even installations (for a small fee) if you ask them. I especially enjoy the community forums, it\'s a good way to stay up-to-date on various server statuses, browse for help/FAQs and learn how to make better use of your site. In summary, A++++... actually, I wish there was a rating more than 5/5 ;-)
I am happy to report that my experience for over 8 months at PolurNET has continued to be top notch and simply AWESOME. When I first signed up, I was a total newbie at websites, but very quickly Polurnet\'s staff helped me with detailed answers to my rather long questions and provided links to helpful resources on the web! There is no doubt this is the BEST webhost ever. I've been with them for a year now, and can't say enough good things about this company; they are friendly, supportive, always available, reliable and most importantly care about you and your sites. I've been with this company for a week now and they really are the bomb. I have pretty high standards for a webhosting company because my last 3 hosts were horrible (check out my Dot5 review on 29 Nov), and I must say that Anand and crew have exceeded those standards. Even when I wasn't a customer and I inquired about the features of their packages, the staff was very quick to respond and answer all my questions.
After I signed up with them, I had a few issues setting up a script on one of my domains, and they helped me resolve that problem in a few hours. The price and features of their packages are unmatched. Add-on domains, unlimited MySQL databases, phpMyAdmin, Fantastico script library, Joomla, Drupal, the list goes on. If you don't know what these things are, you are really missing the beauty of web design, because they truly make a dynamic site. The control panel interface is amazing. You can do whatever you can think of there, giving you absolute control over every aspect of your site.
This company is very down-to-earth with their advertising and hosting. They don't advertise things like 50 Gb space and 1 Tb bandwidth simply for the fact it's ludicrous. You can offer whatever numbers you want, but if the support infrastructure is not there, you may as well throw in the towel when something goes wrong, and chances are it will at some point. This company has one of the highest numbers of reviews on webhostingjury.com, and their score is almost perfect, so statistically speaking, they are the best hosting company according to webhostingjury.com. How does a webhost who gives 150 percent service sound? Well, after my recent experience with PolurNet I am convinced I have found the right webhost for me. Recently the server I was on was upgraded to a new, faster server, with extra features. Unfortunately for my website this caused the scripting to break, and caused me a great deal of distress. In fact Anand and the crew got some very angry emails from me, which was unfair in many ways and due to miscommunication between us. From my point of view I was reacting angrily because previous webhost's would go silent, and errors would not be fixed - for days, sometimes weeks, and believe it or not I've had one webhost who had a support ticket open for over 3 months without a response! Well, I am happy to say PolurNet is *not* like other hosts I've used. Anand spent considerable time and effort, despite my grumpy emails, going out of his way to fix the problems. The result I believe is an outstanding effort that leaves me feeling humbled that I, as a single user of PolurNet, had my requirements taken very seriously and I feel like a very valued customer. This to me is 150 percent service. It is going the extra mile. As such I have no hesitation in recommending PolurNet. It isn't so much if or when problems and errors arise that make the difference, but how they are dealt with, and PolurNet certainly take the cake at putting things right! I look forward to a long hosting relationship with PolurNet.

I have never had a website or domain name before so this is my first experience, and I must say, a suberp one at that! Anand of www.polurnet.com and the rest of the staff have been really helpful in helping me learn all the basics and getting me set up. I switched to PolurNET based on the recommendations I read here ... and I can honestly say that every positive statement is absolutely true. These people are awesome! I am not stupid when it comes to hardware, software, and operating systems but I am pretty stupid about hosting and websites, etc. ... PolurNET has taken the time and effort to educate me as well as answer my questions in a very polite and thorough manner. Their response time is almost unbelievable. With PolurNET you know that you're working with honest-to-goodness human beings who can not only think but also care rather than robots who, at best, can read from a script. There is no comparison between the experience I've had with PolurNET vs. my prior two hosting companies ... which, for their sakes, will go unnamed. PolurNET made my transition to them effortless ... effortless! Furthermore, after I unknowingly exceeded my space quota by 200 MB (which then caused their system to freeze my email) they worked tirelessly to get everything restored and to get me on a plan that better met my needs. They helped me trouble-shoot a problem with my payments to them from PayPal ... they actually accommodated me instead of having me have to run around PayPal's bureaucracy to try to get things sorted out. This is customer service as you know it can be and should be but almost never find. After my very positive experiences with them in transferring my website I also signed up with their subsidiary which handles domain name registrations. I feel that I am in very good hands ... which is exactly where I want to be. I am afraid if I say anything more it will almost cheapen what I have written ... just know that these people are the real deal. Finally!!!
The customer service has been extremely quick, efficient and friendly. Support it is the best. I just would like to have a higher limit to the number of websites per account, in that case I would move all my sites here. And the uptime has been perfect, much better than my previous hosting.

Excellent so far. The support is amazing. I have a reseller account and the flexibility is great. I have ssh access, whm, cpanel. The only complain I have is with CPanel's addon domain feature but that's not polurnet's fault. WHM gives you access to the DNS Zone files which is great.
With respect to support, I accidentally deleted my primary DNS Zone and totally screwed up my site, losing access (but not the files) to one of my subaccounts at 2:30 am in the morning and these guys escalated it to 3rd level support and fixed it by 7:30 am. (all on a weekend) and i got emails from Anand A. and the 3rd level tech support guy answering my questions.
Hope the support keeps up - only concern I have is if they get bigger support won't be as good.

Lots of cool features in the control panel, you can use the wizard to install several free scripts, or even install your own from source. I haven't experienced any issues, any questions I asked were more "beginner" questions, and they were answered really nicely by the staff. my favorite host from the beginning, they guided me through the basics of using the control panel (CPanel/WHM) and provided detailed responses to my newbie questions. You can't ask for more; everything you can possibly want is included! They have awesome deals on Windows and dedicated servers, which I'm recently trying out. I currently have a reseller linux BizzPaw RS-230 plan with them, and has been perfect with ZERO complaints in my many years here as a customer. I asked a few DNS questions, as well as requested cpanel account transfers from my old host, and they proceeded to do them in rapid pace! They can even install scripts (like wordpress) if you don't know how, for a small fee.

They helped us even when our site was hacked, and quickly transferred things over to their servers so that we can be worry-free about hosting. A totally different support experience, compared to previous host service. PolurNet has made the transition from Plesk to CPanel painless, and I have yet to pose a question or request that is left unresolved.
Troubleshooting seems to be approached much more professionally - it's not about what 'I' did to create a problem, but instead it's about how to solve the problem and make it all work properly. There are always learning hurdles that must be identified, but unlike my former provider, PolurNet isn't interested in assigning blame. They simply point out what & how to fix it. Sometimes it's something I can do, sometimes it's assistance from them. In either case, I'm nurtured as a customer to learn at my pace while service interruptions are minimized.

For nearly 9-10 months I've been with PolurNET, and my experience so far has been more than just superb. I was previously with HostGator, and detested their support responses, seemed like they were outsourced and didn't attempt to answer my questions in a friendly manner. Polurnet definately impressed me from the start, they not only transferred all my sites, but they also answered all my questions I had about using the control panel, uploading files, email, MySQL, etc. And best of all, their responses were friendly, courteous, and treated me as their "only" customer, which is truely an unique experience.

There seems to be a problem with uptime, constantly I am visiting my site to find that it once again is not working and if I ever email support asking if there will be a refund they just explain why the problem happened and give no further info. I have been with them 4 months and in that time have been moved to 3 differant servers on there system to try and give me better uptime. The price is good for what you get but I need the uptime so will be moving shortly.
I have been thoroughly impressed with PolurNET from the beginning, after doing research on this site and then deciding to signup with them. They have clearly demonstrated their friendly, efficient and superb network, and any questions I had were answered easily via Live Chat and Helpdesk... they have a handful of support options as well, including an active discussion forum.
I love my experience here for over 5 months, and I've already referred some friends to use this service as well!
As a business customer, security and reliablity are the two main factors I'm looking for. PolurNet has definately provided us with not only these things, but extremely friendly staff available around the clock even on weekends, and uptime has been superb. I'm a very satisfied PolurNet customer per the above 5 star summary. They promptly responded in knowledgeable detail to my pre-purchase server administration/ utility questions. They have fulfilled their service agreement perfectly. Additionally they have worked with me (just as they said they would) to install and/ or modify safety approved administration software.
I appreciate their knowledgeably written support tickets, which are prompt and courteous, and leave me with the important feeling that they truly 'care' about their customers hosting satisfaction. Their support ticket responses are usually faster than than their service agreement guarantees. They also allow integrated email communication with their support tickets which is a time saver.
After a server upgrade the staff contacted me to verify everything was working properly, and assured me (in my words) they were at the server helm ready to correct any reported anomalies.
If you're looking for an excellent, low-priced, reliable and friendly long term host, look no further; you got it here IMHO :)

The hosting service was great before. But since this is a new company, they are kinda lack of experiences of handling the service as it's getting more and more customers from the time on. They schedule maintance and daily backup during the busy morning time from 9:00AM to about 11:30AM. The backup overloads the server and cause all sites on the server too slow to be connected. They are currently reconfiguring the service trying to fix the problem, but they did not make a plan to temporialy avoid the server overload problem during the reconstruction. The server is too slow/down almost every morning as of today. They do have a customer service, but the technical just can not catch up with their growing business. I am leaving for my own good. It's costing too much to my business since that happened a month ago.
PolurNet is working very well for me. I switched from a server company that was really intended for redirects, I think. My old company offered no control panel to speak of, and had no CGI bin or Fantastico! Since switching to PolurNet, my site loads MUCH faster and I have much more control over the "innards."
I was hesitant at first, since the reviews here were all very recent (1-6 months). This is a new company, but apparently a good one. If the service holds out at the level it is right now, I'll never switch servers again.

PolurNET.com's service is as good as it gets, they are always available to assist. They have several ways to contact, Live chat, email, IM, forum and a nice "knowledge Base". They do not look to just solve your problem, but offer suggestions and advice. I have 3 reseller accounts and wish all were with PolurNET, when my contracts are up they will be.

Twice now I have had minor issues while creating my website. Their knowledge base actually has a fairly small selection of articles that only seems to cover the most common issues. However, they also have a live support chat feature which I used both times. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, and I didn't wait more than five seconds to be connected to someone either time! And the first time was on a Saturday morning! They went to quite the lengths to fix my second issue, which was fairly minor, but wasn't a simple matter to fix.

What can i say about these as a host? Well they really are helpful and understanding not like a few i have come across. I have had a few problems with payment as paypal need to be verified (because went over the limit.) and they gave me leway to get it done. Superb service would recommend t every one to use there.

Always great and fast support. If I needed something installed on the server they did it(fast too). Whenever I had a support question they replied fast. Great host!
I gave a 4 out of 5 on the pricing only because I was used to getting it cheaper with a different host, but they also went bankrupt and I didnt recieve any money back so my judgement is biased as I haven't had any other hosts besides PolurNet.
Besides this, the customer service is amazing and they practically do all the work for you even when you could do it yorself. Besides all the options and hospitality you get, there is also the feeling of security knowing that these guys care about your website and want you to succeed.

I have been using PolurNET for roughly 6 months to host my websites and customers websites. I enjoy not having to worry about data loss whereas with hosts I previously used I would regularly lose data. I have reccomended PolurNET to friends and atleast two of them have signed up and enjoy the services as much as me. Yesterday I installed a script and was notified by the script author the reason it wouldnt work is I need wilcard DNS setup, I had no idea so i contacted PolurNET and this was setup and all working fine for me within the hour. I would reccomend this host to anyone. A++++
