Although they seem a bit expensive, it's worth every penny!! I've tried hosting my site with over a dozen different companies and continue to have nothing but problems (server down time, bad customer service, no technical knowledge, etc.). Professional Hosting still does not have the customer service that I'd like (I honestly think they're in India even though they say they're in Florida), but the Support Ticket system is GREAT! I've only opened three support tickets, but they have all been responded to within 30 minutes.
Bottom line, you get what you pay for.
