NO GOOD. My site went down often, sometimes for more than a day. Last week my site just dissappeared along with Prolinks own website. Now their site is back but mine isn't. I sent numerous emails but their mail server is not working. I had to find a new hosting company and rebuild my websites.

In a single sentance my description of prolink is as follows. PROLINK SUCKS. If you purchase their services you WILL regret it. I purchased the unlimitted plan and thought oh this is cool!

They waited until literally hours after the money back guarantee to tell me that they could no longer host my domain due to system instability. They claimed I used higher than the alotted CPU!!!! All I had done was upload a bunch of files to them and play with installing a few of the application on their website, nothing that should have caused this. So I was all pissed off and tried to contact them. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CALL, FIND A PHYSICAL ADDRESS, OR TO GET A RESPONSE BACK VIA EMAIL.

DO NOT BUY THEM, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND GOT AWAY WITH IT. DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had a very bad experience with prolink hosting. It started grate, "Unlimited" space and bandwidth, just what I always wanted. But after about 3 weeks things went wrong, what ever I did I got a "Server not found page", even if I went in through the IP address. Sent him (one person company) loads of email which where answered within 48 hours (usually) how ever responses tended to be very vague, with replies such as "Problems fixed, thx". In the end I got $5 back, however one year later an other $10 was taken of my paypal, which is "Not possible to refund" (Grrr). I'd give everything above 0 out of 5 if I could.

I decided to get web hosting as i further developed my understanding of computers, After looking around and finding nothing but expensive, ay monthly services, my school friend suggested i look at prolink hosting.
I decided to get an unlimited account and have had 3 months of great hosting, and 100% uptime. For the price you get so many added extras and
my experiences have been very good. Although response to questions is somtimes long, as other people have mentioned.

I have recommended prolink hosting already and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for decent value, quality and usable hosting.

Overall I am very impressed with this hosting company. I've been with them for 1.5 yrs so far and although their response time isnt the fastest, they do offer good servers for the price. They even accomdated my request to have all my 17 sites on unique subnet ranges which is great for linking purposes.

The worst host ever, i've had some host in the past but this one is the worst by far.

I bought 2 accounts with them from their "ultimate plan" (unlimited space and bandwidth). Now I know those unlimited statements aren't for real most of the time but still.

In this story I will focus on one account:

My first account got terminated a day after activation because he (its a one person company) accused me of spamming, and he didnt even let me know that he terminated the account..... I had no idea what happened so I wrote him like 10 emails (no phone available). Finally a reply after a day or 2. To keep the story short, I got him to reactivate the account after 4 days. (I am willing to supply everyone with the email conversations I have).

After I was done I made a backup of the server and moved it to my dedicated server which I just bought. So basicly the site was empty except for the SQL backup, which I still needed. I was gone for a few days, when I came back to finish the moving. The account was suspended again.. This time for the abusing of the servers... The site was EMPTY for gods sake. But since I had already taken my loss of the 20 dollars (about the same story for the other domain) I decided to go with it and ask for the SQL backup (which he offered to suply) I had to wait about 5 days for a SQL backup from 500KB.

So if you want to know more about this you can ask me for the email conversations.

BUT PLEASE DO NOT PAY THIS MAN, HE AND HIS HOSTING ARE SCAMS!
