We have been with reliable site for many years, their service has been great and very reliable. BUT over the last few months things have changed for the worse! Their mail server is down at least 5 times a day, there Clustered hosting has become a joke...and they say well we do not handle many PHP apps, so that is why the servers are slower, we mostly do .NET and ASP. Even though they advertise PHP and MySQL. Anyway we are in the process of leaving them, as you can see by our site not being hosting on their servers anymore. We were happy, but when a company with "Reliable" in their name becomes anything but that, and we take the complaints from our customers; it is time to make a change. |

I have been with ReliableSite.Net for a very long time and can recommend the service they offer. For the price payed, servers are very fast, support is excellent, and the site is always up.
Highly recommended to anyone searching for a great host. |

I was very excited about Reliable site at first. Their servers are fast. But then I started having problems. They made a server change in December without much warning. It was a hassle to go through the setup changes. They had problems with up times. I lost my whole site in May. They backed it up, but I lost two weeks worth of material. They said it was a virus on the server. There was no notice or explanations. Again in June my site would not come up. It was almost 24 hours before I got a reply to my email. Currently, their only means of support is by email.
They are knowledgeable, and they may eventually get their act together. There pricing is very reasonable.
I would not, however, trust my business this company at this point. I have moved on to a different host. |

I chose ReliableSite.net on the basis of recommendations on WebHostingTalk a forums site. As someone that is picky about choosing the right product for the right price, I spent weeks looking for the right company to move all my domains and sites to. After talking to Radic he convinced me of their ability to succeed in managing my requirements for hosting my sites. What was offered for the price and their background really impressed me. As a company that is relatively new (almost 1 yr old) I was a bit concerned at first about signing up and moving everything over. However after the reassurance, knowledge and background I gathered from him about their company, I was almost instantly sold. I liked their customer service, technical knowledge and ability to answer every question without hesitation, so I made the decision to buy. Since I signed up, anytime I had a question or suggestion they were right there to immediately answer my questions and offer support. I am extremely pleased at this point with my service with them and recommend them for other small businesses to host with. |
