RiverValleyMedia has been hosting my site for almost a year. Any time Iíve ever had a problem, tech support was immediate. In fact I have the representative that sold me the account on my MSN Messenger Contact List. As a new developer I was mainly looking for a server with .NET installed. I was tired of having to host all of my aspx files on my school development server. RiverValleyMedia provided me with an account of 500MBs, .NET installed, Tomcat services, 5 databases, 50 email accounts, unlimited sub-domains and ftp users, very useful stat reports and 5GB monthly bandwidth. Itís almost as good as hosting it on your own system and without the worries of the system going down. Iíve had my site on their server for about nine or ten months and my site has absolutely never gone down. Oh yeah, all these services, cost me less than half of what some places were charging for less storage, less bandwidth, and no .NET. Good Job RVM! |
