1) SQL Server2005 only, no 2008
2) Vague response about supporting .Net 4.0
3) Tech support sucks - they are reasonably fast - but they do not read the support issue - they make assumptions and provide insane changes to fix problems. Example below.
4) Online 24/7 chat is only sales - not tech support. All tech support is done via tickets.
5) They are out of Austria - when I cancelled and asked for refund they only provided partial refund and stated exchange rates had changed. WTF?

: Please tell me the change or action taken on your part - I had a period of about 30 min where all of my websites were not responsive. This problem combined with the "out of memory" errors I was having the morning is making me worry about the resources and stability of your hosting environment.

It caused by your application pools is full. And I just recycle the pool from the server, and it seems solving the issue.
Also I have set it recycle automatically every 30 minutes, so You don't need to worry about it.

: Uh - that is a horrible solution as my application uses session data!!!!! You will now kill my session data every 30 minutes. I thought each website runs in its own app pool? If not, can I configure each app to run in it's own pool?
