Verdict :
I have been with Servint for over 3 years now. I came here because I was kicked off the server at Lunarpages without prior notice.
Servint has been a wonderful experience for me. My webusers aren't complaining anymore. When there is a maintainance, servint will announce it but the announced downtime only occurs like a few minutes or not at all.
There customer service is quite fast, faster than with the other hosting companies I have been with.
I guess their fairly high prices are spent on good customer service (very knowledgable help desk!) and reliability.
I hope they will continue this way!
I have been with ServInt for little over 3 years now, and it has been a wonderful experience thus far.
I have gone through an operating system upgrade (from Red Hat 9.0 to CentOS 4) with only 40 minutes downtime, and through a VPS upgrade with only about 2 minutes downtime.
I have never experienced any unplanned down time, the only down time I had was on my request (eg. the O/S and VPS upgrade).
Emails to their support center are answered within 10 minutes, and the support is excellent!
I've been with ServInt for two years now already and have to say i'm still very satisfied with them!
I already used their VPS services aswell as Dedicated Servers... and it's always been a great experience!
Their support is awesome - replies are usually received in less than 5 minutes and the phone usually won't ring longer than 3x till a very knowledgeable tech picks up the phone to assist you with your problem!
They are also very competitve in pricing, considering what you get for your buck.
Overall i can only say that ServInt is awesome! :)
I haven't been with ServInt for long, but I can't express how happy I am with my move! They have excellent support times, usually under 10 minutes! Fast servers, their VPS solutions ROCK! Definately recommend this to anyone who is looking for a high-quality VPS/VDS.. And if they ask, tell them Chris Heap sent you :)
