When my domain name was up for renewal, I paid the renewal fee (and received e-mail confirmation), but the site still went down as "expired." I tried for months to contact the company, through support tickets and direct e-mail requests. I received no response from the company, and my tickets were closed without action. I had to purchase a new domain name (from another company, obviously) in order to keep my site operational, although I lost traffic in the move. Incredibly poor customer service. I do not recommend Server Seed. |
